Beloved son of Karyn and Ken Leonard and loving partner of Kim Malarczuk. Precious brother of Devyn and her fiancé Sundeep. Treasured grandson of Beth and the late Galvin Madill, and the late Esther and Clayton Leonard. Dear nephew to Kevin and Shari, and cousin Meagan Madill, Marianne and Don, Victor and Barbara, Arthur, Linda, Aldon, Richard and Rosemary, Doris and David, Debbie and Glenn, Bruce and Brenda, Gayle and Clem, Joy and Terry. Suddenly at his Blackstock home in his sleep, Jack went from an earthly dream to a heavenly one.

Jack is survived by his wife Pam, his sons Steve and Scott, his stepchildren Tom and Dayle, as well as his 13 grandchildren Samantha, Cassie and Sabrina, Jackson and Annie and Justin and Peyton and Olivia, Chloe and Evan and Megan, Mikayla and Cody. Jack was a sweet man who was loved by all his family, friends, clients and vendors. He will be missed.
