CAMERON, Donald J.
Peacefully at Oshawa General Hospital on Saturday, May 7, 2005 after a short battle with cancer. Donald John, beloved husband to Pat. Dear father to Donald (Sarah) and Calum (Debbie). He will be sadly missed by family and friends in Scotland and Canada. In lieu of flowers, donations to Jennifer Ashleigh Foundation, RR 1, Uxbridge, Ontario L9P 1R1 would be appreciated.

FALLIS, Elaine
Passed away at home on Saturday, May 7th, 2005. She was a member of Royal Canadian Legion Branch 43. Elaine will be sadly missed by Gill and Wendy Fallis, Gail Scarlett and Don Prevost, grandchildren David, Sherry, Brian, great-grandchildren Sarah, Ryan, Brittani, Christina, Ashley and Michael. Friends were received at OSHAWA FUNERAL SERVICE "Thornton Chapel", 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) for visitation on Tuesday, May 10th from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 11th in the Chapel at 1:00 P.M. Interment Thornton Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

(Retired Public Health Nurse for Durham Regional Health Unit; Lifelong member of Christ Memorial Anglican Church)
At Mt. Sinai Hospital, Toronto on Saturday May 7, 2005, in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Reginald Garrett. Loving mother of Louisa and her husband Michael Newbury of Toronto, William Garrett and his wife Lynne Gale of Burlington, Margaret and her husband Jim Wilkinson of Oshawa and Ruth and her husband Stephen Greey of Toronto. Cherished 'Nana' to Jennifer and Andrew Newbury; Emily and her husband Chris Kelly and Clarke Garrett; Jayne, Michael and Megan Wilkinson; Leslie, Matthew and Michael Greey. Relatives and friends will be received at McINTOSH-ANDERSON FUNERAL HOME, 152 King St. E., Oshawa (905-433-5558) on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at CHRIST MEMORIAL ANGLICAN CHURCH, 81 Hillcroft St. (at Mary St. N.) Oshawa on Thursday May 12, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will take place at 3:30 p.m. at Cataraqui Cemetery, Kingston, Donations in memory of Eleanor to Christ Memorial Anglican Church would be appreciated.

HIBBARD, Rexine
Passed away peacefully on May 7 at the Ajax - Pickering Hospital, surrounded by loved ones, having fought a valiant battle with numerous severe health problems. (She won !) Having declared recently that she was tired of hurting and had better places to be, she is now enjoying that for which she worked her whole life. She continues her walk with her Lord in a more real sense now, in a body no longer disabled or ravaged by pain. Rexine was born in Gananoque, Ontario but has lived in the Durham Region for the past 18 years. She was 54 years old. She will be sorely missed by her loving husband Murray, daughters Ashley and Amy, sisters Arline Coates and Betty Roddick in Kingston and Pauline Spies of Gananoque, brother Brian Thompson of Kingston, and numerous nieces and nephews. The funeral will take place at Cedar Park Church of Christ, 1 Cedar St., Ajax at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 12. Sympathy may be expressed via donations to the Pregnancy Help Centre of Durham where she was a volunteer.

JONES, Alma Elizabeth
Passed away peacefully at Uxbridge Hospital on Saturday, May 7th, 2005, in her 99th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Lorne Jones (1983). Much loved mother of Grant and his wife Shirley of Lorneville, Murray and his wife Evelyn of Mt. Zion, Ronald and his wife Donna of Brooklin and Doreen Stickwood and Herbert Bedford of Janetville. Much loved grandmother of Sharyn, Morgan, Mary, Brian, Linda, Dale, David, Tami, Janice and Robert. Great-grandmother of 12. Dear sister of Mabel Dopking. Predeceased by her sister Eva Baker and brothers William Evans and Edgar Evans. Resting at MEMORIAL CHAPEL BROOKLIN, 79 Baldwin Street, Brooklin Village, Whitby from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral Service in the chapel Wednesday (May 11th) at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Union Cemetery, Claremont. If desired, memorial donations to Mt. Zion United Church or the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

KLEINJAN, Gerrit "George"
Suddenly, on Saturday, May 7, 2005, at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Port Perry, at age 73. George Kleinjan of Caesarea, beloved husband of Audrey (nee Van Pelt). Loved father of Art, Hugo and Erik Kleinjan all of Bowmanville. Survived by his brother Arie and his sisters Nel, Hannie and Lijnie all in Holland. The family of George Kleinjan will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Tuesday, May 10th from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Orthodox Christian Reformed Church (4th Concession 1/4 mile west of Liberty Street) in Bowmanville on Wednesday, May 11th at 11 a.m. Interment Bowmanville Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Community Memorial Hospital Foundation in Port Perry.

NOBLE, David Christopher
Suddenly on May 7th, 2005, Dave, in his 43rd year. Beloved son of Margaret and the late Bob Noble. Dear brother of Steven, Wendy, Robert, and James. Fondly remembered by many friends and extended family. Ken loved his career in sales at Williamson Chev Olds, Uxbridge, Ontario. SNYDER (nee Luke) Delberta, (Bootie)
In her 85th year on May 7th, 2005, peacefully at her home in Hillsdale Estates. She is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband of 61 years, Jack, her daughter Bonnie (Jeff) and grandchildren Jill (Jeff) & Drew, all of Vancouver and son Gib (Arlene) and sister Grace of Oshawa. Sincere thanks to friends and the staff at Hillsdale, (especially Willow Way) for their compassion and care. No service by request.

BELANGER, Joffre
Suddenly at home on May 6, 2005 in Uxbridge, in his 54th year. Beloved husband of Robin for over 27 years. Loving father of Adam, KaIie and Justine. Survived by his brothers Bryon, Carl, and sisters Linda and Karen. Will be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at Spring Vale Baptist Church, Stouffville (3885 Stouffville Rd., at Kennedy, (905) 887-5651) on Tuesday, May 10, 2005 for a celebration of Joff's life in the church at 2:00 p.m. Visitation one hour prior to service. BOORMAN, Natalie (nee McGranaghan)
Peacefully at home in Oshawa May 6, 2005, in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late William Boorman. Fondly remembered by sisters Connie Phelan of St. Catharines, Shirley Poulter of Toronto, sister-in-law Patricia (Peggy) Boorman of Bancroft, nieces Jennifer Kahn of Sydney, Australia, Colleen Lawrason of St. Catharines, nephews Paul Phelan and Shawn Phelan of St. Catharines and her great nieces and nephews, Omar, Laila, Jennifer and Theresa. Cremation followed by interment at Oshawa Union Cemetery. The family wishes to thank her good friends and neighbours who supported her wish to remain in her home.
