Passed away January 18, 2007 at the age of 37. Survived by his wife Michelle Naves (nee Dawe) and his daughter Holly Naves. Fondly remembered by his father Bob Naves and his wife, Anita, of Stratford, P.E.I., and sisters Louise McLean (Jim) of Kingston, Ontario and Charlene Fader (Terry) of Ottawa, Ontario. Predeceased by his mother, Gloria Frost. Resting at the W.C. TOWN FUNERAL CHAPEL, (110 Dundas Street East, Whitby 905-668-3410). Visitation will be Monday from 6:30-7:30pm. A funeral service will follow at 7:30pm. Cremation. Memorial donations may be made to the Pinewood Centre for Addictions and Mental Health.

After a short battle with cancer, passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on January 18, 2007, in her 58th year. Loving mother of sons John Stradling and Robbie Nevers of Ajax. Will be sadly missed by her father Cliff Mills and brother David Mills of Oshawa and her many friends at Ajax Legion 322. A memorial service will be held at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East Oshawa on Tuesday, January 23, 2007 at 11 a.m. Cremation. Visitation one hour prior to service.
TUCKER, Constance Wade "Connie" (nee Cameron)
Peacefully into the presence of the Lord, at the Community Nursing Home, Pickering, Ontario, on Thursday, January 18, 2007. Beloved wife of the late Rev. William Douglas Tucker (1997), warm and loving mother of Susan (Ron Braid), Brian (Heather), John (Gail) and Judy (Dan Gibson), proud grandmother of Calvin (Janielle) and Jude (Lorena) Braid, Seana Rossi, Celeste (Mark) Karvonon, and Selena Tucker, Sarah, Ben, and Elisabeth (1993) Tucker, Geoffrey Thuns-Gibson and Leanne Gibson. Connie was born into a large family in Weston, Ontario, on June 15, 1925. In 1946, she attended London Bible Institute in London, Ontario where she met Doug Tucker. They married in 1949 and went to Nigeria as missionaries where Connie filled roles such as a bookkeeper, nurse, teacher, guest-house administrator and hostess. She and Doug served with S.I.M. International from 1952 until 1983 when they retired. Upon retiring, Connie and her husband visited and loved the seniors at Bayfair Baptist Church and Community Nursing Home in Pickering, and were loved in return. After Doug passed away, Connie traveled to Korea to teach English as a Second Language for three months. Even when her own health began to fail in 1999, she remained outgoing and always offered cheer and encouragement to others whether in hospital or nursing home. She is survived by her brothers Doug (Ruth) Cameron and Don (Phyllis) Cameron, her sisters Lorna (Fred) Wilson and Esther (Kurt) Andreas, but predeceased by Cecil (Edith) Cameron, Vera (Sid) Winsley, Phyllis (Harvey) Crouch, Effie (Gord) Stewart and Marjorie (Stuart) Lang. The Funeral Service will be held at the Pickering Pentecostal Church, The Gathering Place (1920 Bayly Street, Pickering) on Monday, January 22, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Should family and friends so desire, donations to S.I.M.
