RIEVELEY, William Arthur
William Arthur (Bill) Rieveley, 92, died peacefully in his sleep 2 p.m., Sunday, June 13th, 2004 at the St. Lawrence Lodge, Brockville with his two daughters at his side. Born June 2nd, 1912 in Vancouver, BC, Bill was predeceased by his wife Jessie Mary Jackson, daughter Hilda Joyce Leigh as well as three sisters, Mabel Porter, Olive Dobson, Diane Pawlikowski, and one brother, Douglas Wilson. Surviving Bill is his sister Francis Antonsen of Vancouver, BC, two daughters, Mary Hilda Elsie Cooke (Rodney) and Kathleen Grace Van Dusen (Carman) both of Brockville, and four grandchildren, Robert Koktan, Diane Cooke, David Cooke, Jessica Van Dusen (Chris O’Grady), several nieces and nephews and various foster children.
At Bill’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral. Cremation at Roselawn Crematorium entrusted to Irvine Funeral Home, 4 James Street East, Brockville. Memorial donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 96 or the charity of your choice will be gratefully acknowledged.

WILSON, Ceciley Jo-Anne

Died peacefully on Sunday, June 13, 2004 at the Brockville General Hospital, former Ceciley Jo-Anne Morris of Brockville, age 68 years. Beloved wife of Douglas Wilson. Dear mother of Paul (Julie), Christine (Mark), Kevin (Nancy) and James (Stephanie). Grandmother of Elizabeth, Britney, Rachel, Christopher, Samuel, Connor, Joel and Clairese. Sister of Jean (Jack) Oliver. Also survived by a brother-in-law John Yaschuk and dear friends Patricia, Bessie, Helena and Betty. Predeceased by a sister Gail.
Visitation for Ceciley will be held Tuesday evening from 7-9 p.m. at Trinity Anglican Church, Brockville and from 10 a.m. until 12 noon Wednesday, June 16th 2004 with the Funeral Service at 12 noon in Trinity Anglican Church. (Please note the regular Wednesday 10:30 a.m. Communion Service will not take place.) Interment will be in Paris, Ontario at a later date. In memoriams to the Brockville General Hospital Ambulatory Care Unit would be gratefully acknowledged by the family. Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville entrusted with the arrangements.

MORGAN, Isabel
Passed peacefully surrounded by her beloved family in Westbank, B.C., May 19, 2004. Survived by her daughter Janet (Joe) Randall and son Stuart (Lisa). Survived by her grandchildren, Jim and Nicole Randall and Nicole’s fiancee Tom Nappo. Survived by four sisters in South Wales. Predeceased by two brothers and two sisters.
Funeral was held in Kelowna, B.C. May 25, 2004 at 10:00 a.m.

PLEATT, Ethel Doris “Joyce”
Suddenly at Trillium Court, Kingston on Wednesday, June 9, 2004 in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late James “Mick” Pleatt and loving companion of the late John Croxtall. Sadly missed by her children, Tony Blake (deceased) and Sally of Kingston, Sheila Carr of Red Deer, Alberta, Diane Harding, also of Kingston, Jenny Blake of Sebring, Florida and Christine Gibbons and her husband Fraser of Calgary, Alberta. Treasured grandmother of 14 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents George William Mockford and Edith Mary Barnes, her four brothers and three sisters, all formerly of England.
Resting at the James Reid Funeral Home, Cataraqui Chapel (Counter Street at Highway 2) Kingston, on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Tuesday, June 15, 2004 for Service in the Chapel of the Funeral Home at 11 a.m. The Reverend Canon Robert Hales officiating. Interment Glenhaven Memorial Gardens. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

RHAMEY, Edward
Entered into rest at his residence on Thursday, June 10th, 2004, Edward Carrol Rhamey of Brockville, age 79 years. Dear brother of Elgin J. Rhamey and his wife Shirley of Brockville. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Private William Carman Rhamey in Germany during The Second World War, Chester Rhamey and Edward Smith both of Brockville and a brother and sister in infancy.
A Private Family Service for Edward will be held in the Chapel of the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville. Interment will be at Oakland Cemetery. In memoriams to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.

TUINSTRA, Matje (Mary)
At the Brockville General Hospital on Thursday, June 10, 2004 in her 77th year, Matje Tuinstra. Wife of the late Janus Tuinstra of Prescott. Mother of Elisabeth Streekstra and Herman Tuinstra both of North Augusta. Grandmother of John and William Tuinstra and Todd and Andy Streekstra. Great-grandmother of eight. Sister of Franz Boomhouwer and his wife Tiny of Holland, Dick Boomhouwer and his wife Willy of Campbellville, Tony Boomhouwer of Merrickville and Henk Boomhouwer and his wife Jan of Tottenham. Sister-in-law Rosa Boomhouwer of Midland and also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Herman and Tryngte Boomhouwer and by two brothers, Jan and Jake Boomhouwer.
Friends may call at the Chris Slater Funeral Home, 416 Dibble Street West, Prescott on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with Funeral Service in the Chapel on Monday, June 14, 2004 at 2 p.m. Interment at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Maitland. DIXIE, Ronald Neil
At the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital (Smiths Falls Site) on Tuesday, June 1st, 2004, Ronald Dixie, age 72 years, formerly of Addison. Beloved son of the late Harold Dixie and the former Ferne Spence. Dear brother of Madeline Ashton of Brockville, Raymond Dixie (Myrla) of RR1, Addison, Jeane Moore (George) of Addison and June Kennedy of Brockville. Also survived by a sister-in-law Marlene Dixie of RR4, Brockville as well as, two uncles and two aunts, Bordon Dixie of Brockville, Gerald Miller of Maple View Lodge, Kathleen Egan and Dorothy Dixie both of Brockville. Sadly missed by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by two brothers, Howard Dixie and Guy Dixie both of Addison.

HODGE, Winnifred Rose (Winnie)
(Dec. 12, 1918 - May 31, 2004)
Peacefully while in hospital in Perth on Monday, May 31, 2004, Winnie Hodge in her 86th year. Daughter of the late Janet (Cameron Stewart) and Frederick (William) Gilbert. Predeceased by a sister Dorothy (Albert) Wood and brother of James (Sharane) Gilbert of Oakville. Beloved wife of the late Clarence (Raymond) Hodge (Cy). Loving mother to Gilbert (Carron) Hodge, Ron (Louella) Hodge of Smiths Falls, Judy (Ron) Hyland of Jasper and Sue (Glenn) Carroll of Kanata. Cherished grandmother of ten grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson. Also sadly missed by her niece and two nephews. Winnie was born December 12, 1918 in Elgin, Ontario and raised in Merrickville. She spent most of her adult life in Smiths Falls.
Friends may call at the Lannin Funeral Home in Smiths Falls on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, June 3, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery. Dear father of Angela Haggett (Paul) of Athens, Emily Castle (Andrew) of Brockville and Daniel Kaldeway (Lisa) of Lindsay. Loving grandfather of Connor and Sarah Haggett, Sophie and Evan Castle. Brother of Martin Kaldeway (Alice) of Brockville, Dianne Termorshuizen (Bill) of Smithville, John Kaldeway (Sylvia) of Brampton, Mary Kaldeway of South Africa, Peter Kaldeway (Annette) of Mallorytown. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Johannes (John) and Imkje Kaldeway.

Entered into rest at his residence on Tuesday, June 1, 2004, Howard Charles Standen of RR3, Athens, age 76 years. Beloved husband of the former Lorna Slater and the late Connie Errette. Dear father of Wendy Harpelle (Lewis) of Langton, Shane Standen (Michelle) of Edmonton. Survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Father-in-law of Jim Lane (Marilyn) of RR3, Athens. Step-grandfather of Christine Sorenson (Marty), Stephen Lane (Christa) all of Kingston. Step-great-grandfather of Taylor, Kelsie, Hayden and Olivia. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a daughter Patricia (Pat) Lane.

Amity Lodge No. 80 and Brock Lodge No. 9, will hold a Memorial Service in the Funeral Home Thursday evening at 7 p.m. In memoriams to the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
