Passed away suddenly at Uxbridge Cottage Hospital on Sunday, January 31st, 2010, at the age of 86.
Marion Barber, wife of the late Ted Barber. Loving mother of Dave Barber and Wendy and her husband Wayne Brumwell. Dear sister of Dorothy, Jean, Rheta and Don. Marion will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews and godchildren Kim and Shawn.

Passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2010 at the age of 82.
Beloved wife of husband Barry. Loving mother of Melissa (Bill), Michael (Kathy), Pat (Nancy) and Sean (Vivian). Cherished 'Gramma' of Amanda, Hollie, Nicole, Eric, Mary, Aidan and Will. 'Great-gramma' of Evynne Barry Marshall. Predeceased by brother Bob, sister Evelyn and infant son Joseph.

Passed away January 31, 2010 at the age of 71 in Oshawa.
Dear father of John (Kathy) and Catherine Macaro nee Perrault. Loving grandfather of Jaimi-lee Dean and Jennifer Perrault. Survived by sister Alice and her husband Ken, sister-in-law Elsie and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Eldridge and Mabel also his brother Frank.
Friends will be received at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, (124 King Street East, Oshawa) on Wednesday, February 3 from 7-9pm. A celebration of Harvey’s life will be held in the chapel on Thursday, February 4 at 1:00pm with visitation 1 hour prior. A reception will follow.

After a lengthy illness on Sunday, January 31, 2010 at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Oshawa, at age 78.
Peter Van den Tweel of Ashburn, beloved husband of May (nee Winn). Loved father of John Van den Tweel and his wife Suzanne of Newcastle, Angela and her husband Gord Wallace of Oshawa, Rosemary and her husband Dan Paplinski of Little Britain, Peter Van den Tweel and his wife Terri of Edmonton, and Caroline (deceased). Loving grandfather of Mabel, Emma-May, Bonnie, Austin and Ryan. Peter was the brother of Nel, Mien, Dorus, Wim, Kees, and Alie. He will be missed by his nieces and nephews in Holland and Canada.

Alan began his life journey on July 11, 1959 in Belfast, N. Ireland. He came to enjoy life in his own special way, other than his passion for music; computers or a good video game. Alan believed everything in life should be simple.

Predeceased by husband Donald, sister Ruby (Sis) and by brother Marvin (Bus). Beloved mother of Dawnalda Nikkel (Abe), Norman (Jo-Anne), Rick (Laura), Shaureen Porter (Fred) and Marleen Hallett (Brian). Adored grandmother of 11 and cherished great-grandmother of 15. Madge also has 2 extended grandchildren and 11 extended great-grandchildren. She leaves behind sister Bette MacInally, brother Bill King (Joyce), and sister-in-law Isabelle King. Madge will be remembered for her love of gardening and raising her family. She was an exceptional gardener and homemaker.

Survived by her sisters and brothers Florence Cory, Connie McKinnon, Maxwell Nichols, Bob Nichols, Bev Wallace, Harry Nichols, Sandra Stewart and predeceased by Bert, William, Ruth Leslie, Percy, Ted, Herb, Ada Young, Grace Bowler, May McColl, Jim and Geraldine at birth.

Peacefully at home with family by his side, on January 29th, 2010, in his 79th year.
Very cherished husband of 58 years to Mary (née Geissberger). Loving and devoted father to Harvey, Edith and Phil Kift, Nancy and Dale Noel, Pat and Ron Dusseldorp, Lois and Derrick Sauer. Loving grandad to Jemma, Jaryd, Bill, Heidi, Erin, Christine, Matthew, Mark, Amanda, Emily, Geoff, Kevin, Niko and Cole. Great grandpa to Kate-Lynn and David. Best friend and brother to Fred and Donna Dart, Bob and Joan Dart and pre-deceased by brother Ken. Arthur will be greatly missed by his extended family and friends. After a lifetime of being a dairy farmer, Art spent his retirement years in his garden and restoring vintage tractors.
