Bill cherished his time with his grandchildren, Lindsey, Ian, Ben and Jeff and his many nieces and nephews. Bill is also survived by many friends and colleagues in the greenhouse industry. Bill was honoured for his many achievements by being inducted into the Essex County Agriculture Hall of Fame in 2001. Predeceased by 1 sister Evangeline and by 2 brothers Burt and Art.
