Father of Simon (Darlene and her children Alysha, Adam), Julian (Jaime) and Suzanne (Ken). Brother of Martin (Andrea), James, Alex and Suzannah, all of Yorkshire, England. Dr. Garner studied medicine at Cambridge University and St. Mary's Hospital Medical School, London, England and took his post graduate education at the University of Western Ontario and University of London, England. Peter was committed to excellence in academic medicine through patient care, research and teaching.
