Kathy MacKinnon of Orillia, beloved wife of David. Loving mother of Christopher Blair of Barrie, Michael Blair and wife Michelle of Orillia and grandmother of Owen & Isabelle. Beloved daughter of Grant (predeceased) and Jessie Cripps of Orillia. Dear sister of Ron Cripps of Sudbury, June Savoie & husband Gerry of Scarborough, Patricia Denis, Morgan Plunkett both of Cumberland Beach and Richard Cripps She will be sadly missed by her special friend Koko. The late Mrs. Kathryn MacKinnon will rest at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St.,N., Orillia on Tuesday, June 17th from 11 o'clock until time of funeral service in the chapel, at 1 o'clock. Frederick Maddock of Orillia, native of Toronto, survived by his companion Janice Berger of Orillia, Doris, mother of his children Beverley Maddock of Barrie and Susan Ogilvie of Toronto, six much loved grandchildren, and sisters Ferne Dewdney and Gloria of Toronto. Predeceased by his son Gregory and sisters Bernice & Joy. Fred's wishes were for no Funeral Service. Cremation to take place. Loved mother of Nora Walker of Grand Prairie, AB and her late husband Jim, Patricia Birch and husband Allan of Thessalon, James and wife Helen of B.C., Herbert of Grand Prairie, AB and Frederick of Barrie. She is loved and will be missed by her many grand and great grandchildren. McFARLAND, Frederick John (TED) (Former Proprietor - Marsha's Flowers) (30 Year Employee - O.S.M.H.) suddenly after a brief illness at the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Monday, April 21st, 2003; in his 60th year. Ted McFarland, of Orillia, beloved son of the late Isaiah & Reta McFarland. Ted will be lovingly remembered by family, friends and sadly missed for his faithful, dependable & dedicated service to all the groups he was involved with. Bob Shropshire, of Orillia, dearly beloved school sweetheart, best friend, and husband of 52 years of Doreen (nee, Macdonald). OSBORNE, Betty (nee Cruddas) Peacefully, with her family at her side on Tuesday June 10, 2003 at the Sunnybrook Health Science Centre, Toronto. Betty will be greatly missed by her loving husband and best friend Roger, her two sons; Dan and wife Anne of Innisfil and Jeff and wife Laura of Stanford CT. Betty was an extremely proud grandmother to Sarah, Kevin, Michael, Mark and Gregory who will all miss grandma very much. Betty also leaves behind a sister Joan Burrrows of Kenora as well as many valued friends. Cremation will be followed by the family receiving friends at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N Orillia, on Friday afternoon, June 13th from 1 o'clock until time of memorial service in the chapel at 3 o'clock. In lieu of flowers Betty asked that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society to aid the fight against children's cancer.
