passed away suddenly in Montréal, Monday, November 10, 2003 at the age of 58 years. Born in Winnipeg. Son of Isabelle Brown and the late Frank Brown of Winnipeg. Survived by his loving wife Karen, and sons Jeff (Shara) of Halifax and Ryan (Cindy) of Ottawa. Grandfather of Brittany of Ottawa. He will be missed by his mother-in-law Jenny Griffin of Chezzetcook, N.S. Cherished grandmother to 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. On Friday, January 23, 2004, Mr. Roland Champagne, in his 60th year, entered the gates of heaven after a brief illness while in comfort of his family at the Montford Hospital. Loving partner of Ginette Paquette; son of the late Léon and the late Irene Champagne of Vanier. Brother of Therese, Rita and Marie-Claire. Mr. Champagne leaves to mourn his children: Paul (Marie), Daniel (Monique) and Lyne (Ed) ; his grandchildren: Jason (Jessie), Luc and Éric, as well as a large circle of friends. A memorial service will be held at Heritage Funeral Home, 2871 St. Joseph Blvd, Orléans starting at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday January 31, 2004. Rolly will be lovingly remembered by his family and many friends. A special thank you to the compassionate staff of the Montfort Hospital and diligent ambulance personnel. Lui survivent ses petits-enfants : Natalie, Stefan, Diederic, Joffre, David, Alexander, Anie, Linisa, Issac et Micheli ainsi que 10 arrière-petits-enfants. Elle laisse aussi ses sœurs : feu Lucienne Daoust, Cécile Blais et Pauline Quenneville, ainsi que plusieurs nièces, neveux cousines, cousins et amis.
