The death occurred at the Atlantic Baptist Home on December 13, 2015 of Helen Isabel MacNeill of Sherwood, PEI and formerly of Mount Royal, PEI, age 94 years. Devoted wife of the late Raynall MacNeill. Helen was born in Haliburton, PEI on June 24, 1921, daughter of the late Charles and Alice Rix (nee Matthews). Cherished mother of Perley (deceased, 2003) and Dana (deceased, 2010). Special mother-in-law of Doris MacNeill, Charlottetown and Linda MacNeill, Brampton, ON. Loving grandmother of Perlene Morrison (Brian), Mark MacNeill (Kelly) and Sara MacNeill (Alicia). Adoring great-grandmother of Owen, Will and Cassie Morrison, Macy and Stella MacNeill, and Aiden MacNeill. Helen is also survived by her half sisters, Margie MacWilliams and Barbara Sweet. Helen was predeceased by her siblings, Alvin Rix, Mae (Mary) Costain and Birch Rix, and by her half brothers, Myron Rix and Alton (Buzz) Rix.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel for visitation on Wednesday from 3-6 p.m. Funeral from Community Baptist Church on Thursday at 10 a.m. Interment to take place later in the family plot in Springfield West Baptist Cemetery. In honour of her two sons, donations in Helen’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Alzheimer Society.

At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday, December 12, 2015 Bonnie-Lynn Redding of Winsloe, age 60 years, went to be with her Lord. Dear friend of Donna and Terry McLeod. Daughter of Lorraine and the late Robert William Redding of London, ON. Loving sister of Bruce, Tom (predeceased) and Ann.

Pop to Corrie and Glenn White. Predeceased by his son Ronald, parents John and Katie (MacLean) White, sister Margaret and brothers Bill, James and Stewart.

Loving mother of Eric (Lois), Judy (Roland) Vessey, Robert (Jeri), Frank (Agi), Aubrey (Darla), Randy (Joye), Kevin (Wanda) and Blair. Grandmother of 24 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. Sister of Bertie Weatherbee, Ruth Gallant, Wanda MacMurdo and sister-in-law of Wanda Stewart. Predeceased by sisters and brothers Bessie, Waldo, Jean, Julia, Herbert, Rebecca, Irving and Fenner.

The death occurred peacefully on November 10, 2015 at the Garden Home of Vera Orr Simpson, formerly of Hunter River and Hope River.
Vera was born on June 30, 1918, the daughter of the late William Allan Simpson and Jean (Orr) Simpson, Bayview, PEI.
Vera is survived by brother, Dr. Gordon (Betty) Simpson of Sydney, NS. Predeceased by brother, Nelson (Mabel)Simpson, formerly of Bayview, PEI and sister, Helen Koch of Edmonton, Alberta.
Vera will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
