The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on November 7, 2015 of Bruce MacNaughton Homer of Charlottetown. Beloved husband of 48 years to Alice Ethel (Deas) Homer. Loving father of his only darling daughter, Alicia Homer and beloved only son, Andrew Homer. Survived by sisters Jeanne (the late Bob) Robertson and Katherine (Bill) Alliston, brother Wayne Homer, brothers-in-law Bernard, George (Margaret) and Robert (Napas) Deas, sisters-in-law Ruth (Don) Stuart, Nancy Lea (Bruce Legge) Deas and their families. Predeceased by his parents John and Marion Homer and parents-in-law Ethel (Roper) and Bernard Deas.

Son-in-law of the late Clifford “Jiggs” and Nonie MacDonald. Brother-in-law of the late Donnie (Ruth) and David MacDonald. Survived by sister-in-law Brenda Howard.

Cherished father of Tracy (Jamie) Hill, Varia Hooper (Kent Tredenick), Rosalie Hooper-Fall and Nadine (Shane) Thompson. Loving Grampie Temple to Matthew (Ashley), Cameron (Tiffany), Emma, Behn, Megan, Sydney and Alexandra. Great-grampie to Isabella, Olivia, Sadie Mae and Kain. Temple was a cherished part of Ruth’s family – he is fondly remembered by her daughters Gale (David) Morgan and Heather (Don) Love and son Jim (Rebekah) Garland and grandchildren Abby and Daniel Morgan, Christie Love and Joel, Judah and Levi Garland.
