Peacefully, on Monday, October 6, 2014. Beloved companion of Linda Toy and ex-husband of Ellen Shalinsky (Barnett). Devoted father and father-in-law of Sander and Camilla (Weiser), Mark and Ioulia (Kovelman). Cherished Grandpa of Sydney, Hayden, Ben, and Raphael. Gerald was a retired educator, who will be sadly missed by his many friends, family and all of those whose lives he touched, especially his students. Dearest sister and sister-in-law of Rose and the late Eugene Lebovici, and predeceased by her five other siblings. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Beloved life partner of the late Jack Foa. Predeceased by her brother Fritz. Devoted daughter of the late Betty Gappe and the late Johannes Wolff. Cherished cousin of Ruth and David Flicker and their children Paul, Sarah and Eric, Charlie and Tegan and their families. She will be deeply missed by her loving circles of friends in Montreal and Florida. Eva was blessed to have had exceptional care and devotion from her three angels Maxine, Carmen and Gladys.
