FABIAN, Eva (nee Moskovits). Peacefully, on Friday, July 24, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Andrew (Bandi). Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Kathy Fabian, Leslie and Ricki (Band). Proud and adoring grandma of Samantha (Sammi) and Jamie. Predeceased by her brothers, Leslie and George, who perished in the Holocaust. She will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends. Special thanks to her caregiver, Faustina for her devotion, and to the doctors, nurses, and staff at the Montreal General Hospital for their exceptional care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, July 26 at 3:00 p.m. Burial at the Beth Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. On Wednesday, July 22, 2015, in Florida. Beloved husband of Eleanor Lightstone for sixty-two years. Adored father of Gerald of Portland, Oregon, and Mitchell of Montreal. Proud grandpa of Lauren Nicole, Amanda Lou, and David Michael. Dearest brother and brother-in-law of George and Edith Deckelbaum, the late Sylvia Sheiner Brotman (the late George Sheiner, the late Maurice Brotman). Loving uncle of Arlene and Donald Devine, Debbie and Allan Shragie, Dr. Lawrence and Lois Deckelbaum, the late Fred Sheiner. Morty will be lovingly remembered by Lianne Levy, Chris Goykovitch, and by his family and many dear lifelong friends. Multimedia artist, sculptor, holographer. A former professor at University of Quebec in Montreal. On Thursday, July 23, 2015. Beloved husband of Carole Brisson. Exceptional father of Isabelle Dyens, Ollivier Dyens (Sonja Grguric), and Florence Dyens. Dearest brother and brother-in-law of Michel and Coughy Dyens, Andrée and the late Robert Dyens, the late Pierre and the late Françoise Dyens. He will be deeply missed by Barbel Paetsch, his nieces, nephews, family, students, colleagues, and many friends. Graveside service on Monday, July 27 at 2:00 p.m., at the Temple Emanu-El-Beth Sholom Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, 30 Elm Ave., Beacosnfield. Shiva to be announced.
