SCOTT, Kenneth Hutton. Peacefully at his home, McDonalds Corners, with his family by his side on Tuesday, December 3, 2002 at the age of seventy-six years. Beloved husband of the former Joyce Fleming. Dear father of John Scott (Penny) of Hull, Kenneth Scott (Marcie) of Montreal, Donald Scott (Sue) of Osgoode and Christy (John McLean) of Calabogie. Fondly remembered by his seven grandchidren and three great grandchildren. A family ceremony will be held at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Saturday, December 7, 2002 with interment following at Oakland Cemetery. SMITH, Vena (Davies). Passed away peacefully on December 3, 2002 in Alix, Alberta at age seventy-one. Formerly from Sherbrooke, Quebec, Vena worked for many years as the assistant Head Nurse at the Sherbrooke Hospital. Vena will be missed by her devoted husband, James Smith, brother and wife, John and Lee Davies (Alberta), son, Stephen Madingo, (Nancy) and grandchildren, Lindsay and Christopher of Pointe Claire, Quebec. Private services will be held in Alberta. Vena was an animal lover. Donations, in her memory, may be made to the S.P.C.A. 1-888-336-7722.

Predeceased by her sisters Lily Wolfe, Maimie Miller, Sarah Wolfe, and her brother William Wolfe. Eva enriched many lives through her love of music and her devotion to her many piano students. YOTT, Gary. 1949 - 2003. On Saturday, February 22, 2003 passed away unexpectedly, Gary Yott. Devoted and loving father to James, Marc, Jessica and Brendan. Beloved son of Violet and the late Robert Yott. He will be sadly missed by all those whom he touched. Gary embraced life and lived his to the fullest. Loving grandmother of Tammy, Kim and Rebecca and great-grandmother of Laura, Alex, Megan and Bradley. A private graveside service will be held at Mount Royal Cemetery. Memorial service at St. John the Baptist Church, 233 Ste. Claire (off Cartier Blvd.), Pointe Claire at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, August 27. Family receiving condolences one half hour before the service. Greatly remembered for her forty years of charitable service with the V.O.N. and au Petit Cafe in Ste. Anne de Bellevue. The family suggests donations to the V.O.N. would be appreciated.
