Surrounded by her family, Mrs. Ruth Curtis Munroe passed away at the CSSS Memphremagog on March 6th, 2016 in her 95th year, beloved wife of 64 years to the late Ralph W. Munroe.
Mrs. Munroe was a loving mother to her children Glenna (Ned), Sandra (Tom) (late Dollard), Joan (Hugh), Ralph Jr. and Gary (Carmen). She was predeceased by her daughters Beverly and Rosalie. She will dearly be missed by her 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn many cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff of the 2nd floor, long term care unit, for the excellent care given to Mrs. Munroe.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Saturday May 7th, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Woodside cemetery, Woodside Rd, Beebe, QC.
Reid Blanchette, Ruth
(1930-2016)
Passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 17, 2016 in her 86th year. Beloved wife of 58 years to Dale Blanchette.
Ruth was predeceased by her parents Brisen Reid and Eva Paige, older brother Roy, and her twin brother Harry. Left to mourn this remarkable woman are her nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation at Cass Funeral Home, 295 Principale Sud, Richmond, on Friday, January 22, 2016 from 9 am to 11 am. The funeral service will follow at 11 am, with Tami Spires officiating. Interment will take place in the spring.

The loving and cherished Grammy of Angela, Sabrina, and Lea Leduc, Ethan and Tylor Brazel, Samantha and Shawn Brazel. Dear sister of Wayne Alden (Delma) and Vivian Bell (Ronald). Janice was the daughter of the late Gerald Alden and Ruby Parker. Peacefully at the CHUS Fleurimont, on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at the age of 73. Anne Ross Goodwin beloved "wife" and companion of the late Leonard (Bud) Olson and was the loving sister of the late Betty Laroche (late Ronald). She will be sadly missed by Gary (Carole) and Anne (Mark) and several other nieces and nephews. Anne will be also sadly missed by her cousin Frances Goodwin, her friend Beth Strapps and the Olson family. Passed away at the Hotel Dieu Hospital, Sherbrooke, QC, on Thursday, October 20th, 2011 at the age of 97 years. Mary was the loving wife of the late Wyatt Johnson. She was the dear mother of Bruce (Nancy), Dianne, Larry (Jackie) and Marlene. Mary was the cherished grandmother of Heidi, Tanya and Martin. There will be a visitation at St. George's Anglican Church, 84 Queen St. Sherbrooke (Lennoxville), on Friday October 28, 2011 from 1 to 2 pm followed by the funeral service at 2 pm. The Ven. Passed away peacefully on Monday May 8th 2006 at the CHUS Hotel-Dieu Hospital in Sherbrooke, Kevin E. Wraight at the age of 36. Son of Frank and Shirley Wraight, and brother of Cathy (Marc), Wendy (Dennis), and Melanie (Ron). Kevin also leaves to mourn his nieces and nephews, Tammy, Melissa, Amanda, Ashley and Ryan along with many other relatives and friends. Passed away at the CHUS Hôtel-DIeu, March 28, 2017, at the age of 92 years and 7 months, Mr. Léopold Veilleux, husband of the late Estelle St-Pierre, from Sawyerville. Son of the late Louis Veilleux and the late Yvonne Bernard.
Visitations will be held at the salle Léopold Veilleux, Les Douceurs de l’érable, 50, rte 253, Sawyerville, QC, J0B 3A0, on Friday April 21, 2017 from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. Also on Saturday April 22, 2017 from 9h30 to 10h45. The funeral service will followed at 11am in Notre-Dame du Saint-Rosaire Church, Sawyerville (4 Randboro Rd. Sawyerville, QC). Burial at a later date in the Notre-Dame du Saint-Rosaire cemetery.
Mr. Veilleux leaves to mourn his children Luc (Rita Vachon), Richard (Lyne Beaudoin), Lorraine, Julien (Linda Cyr), Maryse (Réjean Labranche), Benoit (Johanne Corbeil), Jean-Pierre et Nathalie (Stanley Taylor), his 24 grandchildren and his great grandchildren. Mr. Veilleux was the brother of the late Gérard, Gisèle (the late Fernand Dusseault), the late Raymond (Hermance Gaulin) and the late Madeleine. He was also the brother in-law of the late Thérèse St-Pierre (the late Cyrinus Bellavance), the late Léo St-Pierre (the late Jeannette Lachance), the late Madeleine St-Pierre (the late Léo Labrecque), Marie-Berthe St-Pierre (the late Lionel Hallé), Jeanne St-Pierre (the late Édouard Duhaime), the late Victorienne St-Pierre (the late Alfred Campagna), Aline St-Pierre (the late Léo Boislard), Réal St-Pierre (Fernande Boislard), Ghislaine St-Pierre (Henri-Boislard), the late Jean-Marc St-Pierre, Antonine St-Pierre (Gérard Roy) and Marie-Louis St-Pierre (Colette Lamadeleine) and many other nephews, nieces and friends.
The family would like to thank all the staff at La Résidence Sawyerville and also the staff of the 5e floor at Hôtel-Dieu for the good care given to Mr. Veilleux.

Peacefully at the Hotel Dieu Hospital, Sherbrooke, QC on Tuesday, April 18th 2006, eleven days prior to her 89th birthday. Freda Alice Westgate, beloved wife of the late Arthur McLeod was predeceased by her brothers: Harold (late Ethel) and Clifford (Joy) and her sister the late Iva (late Norman Winslow). Beloved husband of the late Phyllis Suitor, much-loved father of Jane (Frank Wilson), Kathy (Bryan Gorrie), Edwin (Sharon Bogie), Elizabeth, Bob (Shirley Gaudrault), Peter (Sue Grady) and Christa (Daniel Lefebvre), cherished grumps and grandpa of Jessica and Rebecca (Etienne Levesque) Wilson, Candis (Jeff Todd) and Lori (Tim Roux) Deacon, Kimberley Giroux, Matthew (Laura) and Mitchell (Nicole and Emma) Deacon, Jakob (Sarah Bradley) and Shelbi (Jamie McFarlane) Deacon, Julia and Nicholas Lefebvre, and great-grandpa of Brooklyn Todd and Lorenzo Levesque. He will also be sadly missed by his brother Fred (Dottie) Deacon, his sister Betty Wood, his sisters-in-law Marjorie Suitor and Jean Naylor and brother in-in-law Eugene Naylor, as well as nieces nephews and cousins. Stewart also had great happiness in the later years of his life with his companion Joyce Langlois, who we will never be able to thank enough for her caring and support of our Dad.
