Mr. Royce Martin passed away peacefully at the Connaught home on May 9th, 2016 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of Muriel Corey Martin and son of the late Leonard Martin and Hattie Powers.
Mr. Martin leaves to mourn his daughter Gini (Herman); his grandchildren Ashley (Dexter) and Matt, as well as his great grandchild Jaelen. He is predeceased by his brother Arnold. Many nieces, nephews, other relatives and cherished friends also share in our loss.
Visitation will be held at the Cass funeral home, 900 Clough St, Ayer's Cliff, on Friday May 13th, 2016 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 14th, 2016 at the Christ Church, 548, Dufferin, Stanstead, at 2:00 p.m.
The family wishes to extend their appreciation to the caregivers of the Connaught Home in North Hatley and the Magog Hospital, 4th floor, for the care given to Royce.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Association, 740, Galt Ouest, bureau 112, Sherbrooke, QC, J1H 1Z3, would be appreciated by the family.

Claris PHILLIPS (née Lowry) (1921-2015) Passed away peacefully at the Hôtel-Dieu Hospital, on Tuesday, March17, 2015 in her 94th year surrounded by family and friends. Beloved wife of the late Edward Phillips and companion of the late Dalton Montgomery. Dear mother of Connie (the late Roger) and Gloria (the late Peter). Cherished grandmother of 7 grandchildren. Claris leaves to mourn her brothers Dr. Curtis Lowry (Hannalore) and Chilston Lowry (Mildred) and predeceased by her brother Claude, Floyd, Clayton, Clement and her sister Carrie. She also leaves to mourn many other relatives and dear friends. Resting at the Cass Funeral Home, 15 Station St. Sawyerville on Thursday, March 19th, 2015 from 7 to 9 pm and on Friday, March 20th, 2015 at the SAWYERVILLE COMMUNITY CENTER (6 Church St. Sawyerville) from 1 to 2 pm follwed by the funeral service at 2 pm. Passed away peacefully at the Wales Home on Wednesday March 4th, 2015, Mr. Franklin Lancaster in his 86th year. Son of the late Robert Lancaster and the late Mabel Cookman. Brother of the late Violet (Leonard Davidson), the late Ernest (Georgina Lancaster), the late Elma (Garnet Willey), the late Harvey (Eileen Brochu), the late Horace and the late Thomas. Franklin leaves to mourn his friend Dorothy Marshall along with many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Donations made to the North Ely Cemetery Fund would be greatly appreciated by the family. Passed away at the IUGS Youville Pavillion, on Wednesday, February 18th, 2015 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Joan Lynch Littlejohn. Dear father of Andrew (Tanya Grapes) and Karyn (Ken Prince). Cherished grandpa to Mathew and Nicole Littlejohn and Carly, Austin and Devon Prince. Howard leaves to mourn his sisters Beverly Goodfellow and Pauline Littlejohn along with many other relatives and friends. Latour Caron, Paulette
November 20, 1916 - January 3, 2015 After a long and healthy life devoted to her family, Paulette Marie Fleurette Violetta Latour Caron passed away in her 99th year. Predeceased by her husband Edgar. Much loved mother of Paul (Sherry), Renee Paul, and Louise (Royal Orr). Cherished grandmother of Michèle and Andrew Caron, Stephanie, Stuart and Kerith Paul, and Alexandra, Micah, and Jacob Orr. Great-grandmother of Julien, Katrina, Emmaline, Sawyer, and Riley. Friends and relatives can greet the family from 1:00-2:00 pm, Saturday, January 10, at Waterville United Church. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 pm with the Rev. Mead Baldwin officiating. Internment will take place in the Compton Cemetery at a later date. A reception following the service will be held at the home of Paul and Sherry Caron. As memorial tributes, donations to the Connaught Home or to the Mission and Service Fund of the United Church of Canada would be greatly appreciated by the family.

Left us peacefully at the Grace Christian Home on Wednesday, December 31st, 2014 in her 100th year. Wife of the late Henry Robert (Harry) Little. Beloved mother of Doreen (Rod) and Eric (Joyce). Cherished grandmother of Allyson. Resting at Cass Funeral Home, 3006 College Street, Sherbrooke, QC. (Lennoxville Borough). Visitation will be on Saturday, January 3rd, from 13:00 - 15:00 and 18:00 - 19:00 followed immediately by the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made to the Dr.W.J. Klinck Foundation. As well, the family wishes to thank Sandy Klinck and her entire staff for the compassion and excellent care extended to Mother.

(1927-2014) Passed away peacefully on Monday, December 22nd 2014, at CSSS de la MRC de Coaticook. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of fifty-one years, Joyce (nee Maskell) on April 1st, 2013. He is survived by daughter Cathy (Roland), son Tim (Debbie), and grandchildren, Brandon and Sarah. Funeral details to be confirmed in the spring of 2015.

(1944-2014) Passed away peacefully at the Hôtel-Dieu, on December 3rd, 2014 at the age of 70 with her cherished angels by her side. Daughter of the late Aleck and Myrtle Lancaster. Dear mother of Dean (Sue) and Sam. Shirley leaves to mourn her brothers and sisters, the late Angus (Doreen), Jenica (formerly Ann), Caroline (Herbert), Earl (Cheryl), Mary (David), Ron (Jen), Pamela (Tommy) and the late Tony (Donna). She also leaves numerous nieces, nephews and her 2 godchildren Connie and Jessica. Visitation will take place at the St. Paul's Anglican Church, 588 Main St. Bury, on Saturday, December 13, 2014 from 12 to 2 pm followed by the funeral service at 2 pm. Interment in the Lakeside Cemetery Bishopton at a later date. The family would like to thank the staff at the Hotel-Dieu Palliative Care Unit of the 6th floor for the wonderful care given to Mrs Lancaster. Passed away peacefully after a brief illness, on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at the Grace Christian Home, Huntingville. Eleanor, in her 95th year, was the daughter of the late Bernice and Henry Labonté, and husband of the late Paul Taylor. She leaves to mourn her sons Stanley and Myron (Carol), her grandchildren Erica (Sean), Kelsey, Paul and Tristan. She is predeceased by her brother Murray Labonté and her sister-in-law Kay, sister Anita and brother-in-law Bob, and brother Eastman. She is survived by her sister-in-law Helen Taylor (the late Neil), Jean Pyke (the late Herb), and Fern Kirkby (the late Gordon), along with many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. The family would like to extend their sincere thanks and gratitude to the staff at the Grace Christian Home and to close friend Joyce Standish for their considerate care during Eleanor’s residency at the home. Visitation will be Sunday, October 19 at the Cass Funeral Home in Lennoxville, 2 to 4 p.m. The funeral will be held at the United Church of Canada in Cookshire on Monday, October 20 at 2 p.m. Interment will be at the Eaton Cemetery immediately following the funeral service. 1925-2014 It is with sadness we announce the death of Douglas Learned, age 89, on September 28, 2014 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital. Beloved husband of Gertrude (Ord) and dear father of Janet (Don McKelvie), Trudy (Paul Dresdner), Malcolm (Diane), Maxine (the late Denis), Susan (the late Serge) and Grant (Dorothy). Special "Grampie" to 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Dad was a man of integrity, dedication, and determination, respected by all who knew him. Passed away suddenly at his home on Sunday May 25th 2014, Pierre Laprise, formally of Danville QC, in his 79th year. Loving husband of 52 years to Thelma Johnston, and dear father of Steven (Manon Robitaille), David (Rossmary Diaz) and Laura (Glen Smith). Loving grampa of Steven, Amanda, Jenny-Sue, Maxime, Holly, Lilianne, Kristofer, Brittany and Casey. Great-grampie to Elizabeth, Ryan, Alexis and Jordyn. Dear brother of Jeanne-d’Arc (Raymond St-Hilaire), the late Gerard and the late Gilles Laprise, and brother-in-law of Galen (the late Lillian and the late Ruth), Ted, Sheila (Reggie Doyle), and Eileen (Dave Marjerison). Pierre also leaves to mourn, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Radcliffe, Graham
Graham Radcliffe was born in England on the 5th of August 1956. He lived a good life, full of adventures, the good and the bad ones, with his loving friends and family. He died peacefully at home, in Sherbrooke, leaving his amazing stories. In his youth, he would say Bring it on! We will miss him, along with his conforting presence and his kind strength.
He leaves his wife, Louise Drouin, his children Julien (Michelle Jury) and Kim (Simon Gaboury), his granddaughter Gaïa; his brother Neil (Vicky Scott), their daughters Georgia, Alishia Faye and Poppy; his brother-in-law Jacques (Louise Ducharme); his sisters-in-law Jeannine Fournier, her two children Thierry (Sophie) and Sara (Sylvain); Francine (Jean-Claude Cloutier), their two children Stéphanie (Michel) and Simon (Émilie), and many grand-nieces, nephews and friends.
