Way Cunnington, Vera
Passed away peacefully at the CHUS Fleurimont on Monday May 15th, 2006 at the age of 77. Vera Ruth Way, beloved mother of Gerald (Doris), James (Janet), Edmond (Cindy), Donald (Linda), and Jane (Michel Gauvin). Cherished grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Vera is also survived by her sister Margaret (Allan Norris) and her former husband, Durwood Cunnington along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Vera was pre-deceased by her brother John Way. Resting at the Cass Funeral Home, 3006 College St., Sherbrooke (formally 6 Belvidere St., Lennoxville) (819) 564-1750 , where friends may visit on Thursday May 18th from 7 to 9 pm and on Friday from 1 to 2 pm. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Friday May 19th at 2:00pm, with Mr. Fred Robertson officiating. Interment in the Malvern cemetery will be held at a later date. Donations made to the Quebec Diabetic Association would be greatly appreciated by the family. The family would like to extend a sincere thanks to the staff of the London Residence for their wonderful care.

Passed away at the Hotel Dieu surrounded by his family on July 1, 2013, at the age of 75.
Beloved husband of Corinne Aulis for 53 years and dear father of Carolyn (Jeff Bowker), Kathryn (Troy Rothney) and the late baby Stephen. Cherished Grampie of James, Timothy and Joshua Bowker and Bethany, Thomas and Jacob Rothney. Beloved son of the late Armon and Amelia (Annable). He leaves to mourn his brothers Campbell (Vicki), David and Donald (Jackie), the late Lillias, Charles and baby Katherine, as well as his brothers-in-law Lawrence (Flo), Lorne, Robert (Clara); along with many nieces, nephews and friends.
Predeceased by brothers-in-law the late Dureen, Dick &Beulah, Osmond & Jean and Jack (June).
Resting at the Cass Funeral Home, 15 Station St., Sawyerville, on Thursday, July 4 from 2 - 4 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 5 at the Sawyerville Baptist Church at 2 p.m., with Pastor Michel Houle officiating. Interment in the Eaton Cemetery.

He leaves to mourn his grandchildred Carl, Kevin, Alex and the late Rebecca, his great grandson Jordan, his brother George and sisters Beulah and Jesse. John is survived by his nieces and nephews Claire of England, Tony, Joan, Doreen, Audrey, Barbara, Robert, Heather, Pauline, Janet, Marion and the late Ervin. Peacefully in the arms of Gods Angels, Eileen is now reunited with her loved ones; her mother, the late Annie Skerry and her father Charles Morin, her beloved late husband Rodney Stevens. Dear mother of Gregory (Diane), Randall, Daniel, Debbie (Jean-Guy) and Darlene (Peter). Eileen also leaves to mourn, her 6 grandchildren; Eric, Karin, Jonathan, Tiffany, Ashley and Jordan, 6 great grandchildren, and her sisters-in-law; Gertrude Malboeuf, Doris Stevens, and Noel-Ange Toussaint. Pre-deceased by her brothers Aloysius, Austin, Gerald and Bert, and her sister Laura Morin. Family and friends may visit at St-Bibiane Catholic Church, Richmond, on Saturday May 11th from 9 to 11:00 AM, followed by a funeral mass with father Benoit Houde officiating. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. Beloved wife of Dale Coates and loving mother of Emily and the late Eric and was the cherished grandma of Hailey and Savannah. Elaine will be sadley missed by the Mackenzie and Coates family and by her many cousins and friends. It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our much-loved brother and uncle. Johnny "Philius" Mathias passed away at the CSSS-IUGS St-Vincent Pavilion in Sherbrooke on Wednesday May 1st in his 86th year. Beloved brother of Sheila (Sanders) of Lindsay, Ontario, and son of the late Janet and Phillip Mathias. "Cadillac John" will be greatly missed by his nieces Donna (Villemaire), Linda (Sanders-Vos), Margo (Emo) and nephews Philip (Sanders) and Brian (Sanders), and his life-long companion, Huguette Riendeau of Sherbrooke.
