Suddenly on Wednesday, April 18, 2012, Bob Lodge of Cardinal, age 67. Loving husband of France Forest. Dear father of Carolyn (Ed Douesnard), Steven (Lynne) and Brian (Jo-Anne). Dear stepfather of Sebastien and Charles (Anne). Dear brother of Barbara (Merrick Morrill), Beverley (Lloyd Findlay), Gordon (Eileen), Jeannie (Ronald Mastine), Mary (Merlin Gunter), Harry (Hélène), Louise (Gilles Dallaire), and Alan. Bob will be fondly remembered by grandchildren Erin, Stanley, Bradlee, Trevor and step-grandchildren Thomas and James. Predeceased by his parents Stanley and June Lodge (nee Amy). Also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call at The Royal Canadian Legion, 2194 Dundas St., Cardinal, Ontario, on Sunday from 1-4 and 6-8 p.m. and Monday from 10 a.m.- noon, then at the Dupuis Funeral Home, 148 Daniel-Johnson St., Danville, P.Q. on Tuesday April 24th from noon until 2:15 p.m. A celebration of Bob’s life will be held in the Danville-Asbestos Trinity United Church on Tuesday, April 24th at 2:30 PM followed by the interment in the Danville Protestant Cemetery. Catherine "Girlie" Lane Maxwell October 22, 1916 - March 15, 2012 Girlie passed away peacefully at the Wales Home, Richmond, QC on March 15, 2012 at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Wilbert Maxwell. Devoted mother of David (Cathy) of Pointe-Claire and Jim (Debby) of Mississauga. Loved and missed by grandchildren Jennifer (Frank), Kim (Roby), Scott (Jamie), Jeff (Natalie) and Karen (John) and great grand children Sophie, Emily, Jeremy, Sage and Mackenzie. Predeceased by her siblings Keith Lane (Elsie), Lloyd "Tubby" Lane (the late Paulie), and Betty Hutchins (the late Grant). A private family service was held followed by interment at the Malvern Cemetery, Lennoxville, QC. The family wishes to especially thank the staff of the Wales Home for their care, compassion and kindness shown to our Mum.
Laberee, Clayton
Passed away peacefully at the CHUS Hôtel-Dieu, Sherbrooke, on Monday January 30th, 2011 at the age of 60. Clayton Russell Laberee, beloved son of the late Russell Laberee and Evelyn Hodge. Clayton leaves to mourn his beloved daughter Chrissa, mother of Chrissa, Lise Houle, His brother Collin (Karen Olsson), his sister, the late Carol, his nephews Travis and Michael. He also leaves to mourn his cousins and many friends. In respect to his wishes, there will be cremation with no visitation and no service. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of the Hôtel-Dieu Palliative Care Unit for the wonderful care they provided to Clayton, and also the CHUS Fleurimont 6A and there staff. Bevan Browning Salter beloved husband of Marilyn Findlay and dear father of Susan (Larry Groom), Cindy, Mark and the late Nancy (Bob Gilchrist). Bevan was the cherished grandfather of Jennifer and Mitchell Gilchrist, Devon and Darien Dopson. He is survived by his sister Edna (Guy Meigs) and was predeceased by his brother John (Michelle). Bevan will also be sadley missed by his nieces, nephews and many friends. Passed away at Aube-Lumière on June 29th 2017 at the age of 84. Wife of the late John MacAulay from Scotstown and loving daughter of the late Yvonne Frank and the late Roméo Lapointe. She leaves to mourn her children: Patricia (Réal Bruneau), Michael (Roxanne Lloyd), Iain (Linda Irving) and Donald; her grandchildren : Amélie, Louis-Philippe-Marc-Antoine, Jean-Sébastien, the late David, Jonathan, Kevin, as well as her sisters: Marleen (the late Peter), Louise (Steve) and the late Réjean (Fern Thompson), along with many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Hotel-Dieu palliative care unit as well as the staff and volunteers at Aube-Lumière.
The family will receive condolences at the St-Paul’s Catholic Church, Ditton St. Scotstown, on Saturday, July 15, 2017 from 9:30 to 11:00 am, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at the Riverview cemetery in Scotstown.

It is with sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Robert Harvey Lothrop at the CSSS Memphremagog hospital on April 19, 2017, in his 80th year.
Harvey leaves to mourn his dear wife Phyllis Curtis; his children Scott (Corinne Bédard) and Marsha; his grandchildren: Karen, Sandy, Nigel and Jaimie as well as his great-grandsons Joey and Jaden. He is predeceased by his grandson Joey Bédard Lothrop.
A graveside service will be held at the Maple Hill cemetery, Curtis Rd, Stanstead, QC, on Thursday, April 27 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Barbara Wintle officiating.

1918 - 2017
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our Aunt Irene Leblanc Thomson, on March 31, 2017 at her home in Stanstead, at the age of 98 years and 7 months. She was predeceased by her husband Mitch Thomson and her son David.
The family will receive condolences at the Sacré-Coeur Church, Dufferin St., Stanstead, QC, on Monday April 10, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a religious service at 11:00 a.m.
Mrs. Thomson was predeceased by her brothers and sisters: Oscar (late Thésy), Clarence (late Ruth), Claire (Max) and Rita (late Marcel). She leaves to mourn her brother in law Jim (Agnes) as well as her nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to her nephew Guy and his wife Wendy for their love and care over the many years and most recently, for their presence and compassion toward Aunt Irene during the last months of her life. Appreciation also goes out to the CAB Rediker, the CLSC, nurse Susie, Dr Surprenant for the excellent care, as well as to Peggy, home care giver, for her devotion to our aunt, she has become a friend and a member of the family.
