BRAUMBERGER — DONALD "DON" passed away suddenly on July 19, 2003 at the age of 41 years. Don was predeceased by his grandfathers: Robert G. Adams and Gustave Braumberger. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Tracy; daughters Brianna of Vibank; Chanelle of Balgonie, Kim of Burnaby, BC and Chalen (Brandon); granddaughter Carlie of Regina; parents Ernest and Lynne of Regina; grandmother Margaret Adams of Balgonie; brother Dale (Monica) of Regina; sisters: Darlene (David) of Weyburn, Denise (Billy) Dick of Regina; parents-in-law Sheldon and Gloria Moffatt of Davin; brothers-in-law Allan (Melinda) of Vibank, David (Kelly) of Calgary, AB; four nephews; two nieces; one great-nephew; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at the Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East on Monday, July 28, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at the Davin Cemetery with a lunch at the Vibank Community Hall. In Don's memory, a trust fund has been set up for Kim and Brianna to help them further their education. Donations may be made at CIBC, 2032 Park Street, Regina. CIZ — On Tuesday, July 22, 2003 William Ciz, late of Regina, passed away peacefully at the age of 78 years with his family by his side. Predeceased by his parents, Fred and Mary, Bill will be lovingly remembered by his wife Shirley; twin daughters Lisa and Leslie (Garth); his sisters Nettie (Cliff) Uhren, Anne Rivney; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Bill served in Word War II as a Navy Signal Man on a Corvette. Bill retired from the Dept. of Highways, Legal Surveys Branch, in 1981. Throughout Bill's life he was instrumental in establishing casinos across Canada. Bill's community involvement included junior football (Dales and Rams) and Kinsmen. Bill loved to read, play cards, travel and spend time at Sunset Cove. Memorial Service will be held on Monday, July 28, 2003 at 1:30 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park. Flowers gratefully declined. JANTZEN — On Tuesday, July 22, 2003 Margaret Jantzen went home to live with her Savior after a short but courageous struggle with cancer. Margaret was born on April 18, 1936. She was predeceased by her parents Elsie and Abram Hooge; and sister Eleanor. Margaret is survived by her loving husband of 45 years Henry; son Kevin (Linda) and their children Wendy and Michael; daughter Karen (Bruce) Dick and their children Meagan and Jordyn; daughter Laurel (Ric) Dueck and their children Krista, Daniel and Alyssa; son David (Alicia) and their son Marcus; sister Evelyn (Dennis) Schlosser, and brother-in-law John (Irene) Ens. OBEY, DIANNE — Went home to be with our Lord and Saviour on July 21st, 2003, Dianne was born Aug. 7, 1963. She is predeceased by her father William Pasqua; her brothers, William, Johnny; paternal grandparents John & Isabell Pasqua; maternal grandparents John and Olive Obey. Dianne is survived by her companion Brian Thorne; two stepsons Brian and Justin. Also survived by her loving children Amanda (William), Michael (Night) and Amy (Williard). And her two special grandchildren Althea & Michael. She leaves to mourn her loving mother Margaret Obey. Dianne has five brothers and two sisters, Delbert, Kenny (Claudine), Leroy (AnnMargaret), Wally (Tina), Fenton (Trudy); Rose (Barry), Lorraine. Numerous nieces & nephews and relatives. The wake will be held Thursday, July 24 at the Chief Ben Pasqua Memorial Hall. Funeral services will be on Friday, July 25 at 10:00a.m. Interment will be in the Obey family burial site, Pasqua First Nation. Lunch will be served following the interment. We will also like to thank the Drs. and nurses at the Regina General Hospital for their care.

MCKAY — Faith Valerie. It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Faith McKay on August 8, 2003 to be with the Creator at the age of 40 years. She was predeceased by her parents Angus and Edith McKay; daughter Nadine McKay; sister Sandra McKay (Kaiswatum); brothers James ""Bud"" McKay, Gary ""Odjoe"" Toto and Dennis McKay; uncle Robert ""Bob"" McKay; and mother-in-law Annie Mantee. Faith leaves the fondest memories to cherish with her longtime companion Stuart Mantee. She also leaves behind three children Danton, Chantelle and Arlen McKay; stepchildren Vanessa, Brendan and Chris Whiteman. She will be sadly missed by her brothers and sisters, Rodney (Ronda) McKay, Conrad McKay, Warren McKay, Richard McKay, and Loretta McKay, Kate McKay, Janet Quewezance and Pearl Horvath; sisters-in-law Debbie Pinay and Doreen Mantee; brothers-in-law Lester and Alex Mantee and Johnny Kaiswatum; and will be lovingly remembered by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends too numerous to mention. MOISIUK — COLBY JAMES passed away suddenly on Thursday, August 7, 2003. Colby was born in Regina and attended St. Agustine and St. Matthew's schools and was a member of St. Martin Church. He enjoyed playing the trombone, loved playing football. Colby especially loved being with his dog Sparky. Colby is predeceased by his father, Geoffrey Moisiuk, in April of 2001, his grandfathers and an aunt. SATHER — Mr. Arnold O. Sather, age 84 years, of Moose Jaw, Sask., passed away peacefully on August 8, 2003 after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer disease. Arnold spent 30 years working for the Sask. Wheat Pool and then travelled with his wife, spending 17 winters in Texas. Arnold resided the past five years in Providence Place. Arnold will be sadly missed by Irene, his wife of 54 years; children: Janet Remple and Royce (Joane) Sather; grandchildren: Kelly (Sonja) Remple, Alison (Joe) Lewis and Bradley Bathgate; great grandchildren: Raegan Lewis and Ainsley Remple; sister Haldis Hancock; brothers: Bud, Omer (Anne), and Wayne (Aileen); and many inlaws, nieces and nephews. SZEKELY — Ervin Gregory was called home to be with our Father and Lord, Jesus Christ in Heaven on Saturday, August 2, 2003 at the age of 51. He was predeceased by his father Albert. He leaves to mourn his mother Eleanor and three brothers: David (Debbie) of Regina, SK, Barrie (Rhonda) of Victoria, BC and Robert (Linda) of Calgary, AB; six nieces and nephews, Jason of Calgary, Rochelle, Cole and Tyler of Regina, Brooks and Natalia of Victoria; also numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Ervin was born and raised in Regina. He attended Sacred Heart School, O'Neill High School and then received his Bachelor of Administration at the University of Regina. He was employed by Biovail Corp until he retired in December 2002. After retiring from Biovail, he was offered the position as Operations Manager for the Winding Oaks Ranch in Ocala, Florida where he was employed at the time of his untimely death. A CELEBRATION OF ERVIN'S LIFE will be held at the Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, on Friday, August 15, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ervin's memory to any of the agencies that serve and feed the homeless and the needy.
