BENKENDORF - (nee Ozembloski) Olga passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2003 at the Pasqua Hospital after a short battle with cancer at the age of 69 years. Olga was predeceased by her parents Mike and Mary Ozembloski of Ituna; first husband Mike Mallick; second husband Irvin; brother Leonard and one nephew Larry Ozembloski. She will be remembered by her daughter Beryl Mallick of Regina; four sisters Nellie, Helen and Pauline. all of Ituna and Lee of Regina; five brothers Russell, Orest and Bill, all of Ituna, Barney and Adolf, both of Regina as well as many relatives and friends. Olga was employed as a Certified Nurses Aid for the past 20 years at Pioneer Village, retiring at the age of 65 years. Since then Olga enjoyed visiting with friends and family and taking the occasional trip. The Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 10, 2003 at 10:00 AM from Canadian Martyrs R. C. Church, 1932 1st Avenue N., Regina, SK with Rev. Patrick McCoy, celebrant. Beryl and family wish to thank the staff at Palliative Care for the loving care shown to Olga and family. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the Allan Blair Cancer Centre, 4101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK S4T 7T1. Arrangements are in the care of LEE FUNERAL HOME 757-8645

CHIASSON - Patrick Robert Chiasson, late of Regina, SK., passed away peacefully Sunday, December 7, 2003, at the age of 63 years. Pat was predeceased by his wife Cecilia (Sentes), his father and two sisters. Left to cherish his memory are his four sons, seven grandchildren, mother, sisters, brothers, cousins, nieces, nephews. and many friends. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, December 11, 2003, at 10:30 a.m. from St. Cecilia R.C. Church 5020 7th Avenue, Regina, SK., with Rev. Ken Koep, celebrant. Interment to follow in Riverside Memorial Park. Prayers will be said Wednesday, December 10, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Lee Funeral Home 3101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK. DYCK - Mrs. Mary, passed away on Friday, September 26, 2003, at the age of 86. Surviving are her granddaughter, Heather Campbell; daughters, Ruth (Ian) Wilson, and Karin (Ken) Campbell and their daughters, Kyra (Cam) and Amy (Greg); sisters-in-law, Katherine, Marie, and Sara; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mary was predeceased by her husband Gerhard (George) in 1988. Flowers are gratefully declined. Relatives and friends wishing to pay their respects may do so at Bethany Manor (110 La Ronge Road) on Friday, October 3, 2003, at 1:30 pm, with Pastor Howard Ulmer and Pastor Terry Zimmerly officiating. Interment to take place in the Garden of Gethsemane and Sermon on the Mount, Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements in care of Park Funeral Chapel (244-2103).

ERICKSON - Accidently on Monday September 29, 2003 came with great sadness the passing of Kenneth ""Oli"" Erickson of Sandy Beach, Sask. Oli is survived by his loving wife Geraldine (nee Kambeitz) daughter Vanessa and Noel Gaveronski; grandchildren Scott & Cameron. Son, Wes & Susan Erickson & grandchildren Colin & Nicole and son, Josh Erickson. He will be sadly missed by sisters Elaine & Ralph Andreasson, Diane Erickson and Brother Milt & Audrey Erickson, Mother in law Anne Kambeitz. Oli was born in Scotsgaurd, Sask, attended Athol Murray College of Notre Dame, he was an educator for 32 years retiring from Ranch Ehrlo in 1999. Oli had a zest for life in all his endeavors coming through in his hockey ""Oli the Goalie"" teaching, Ireland marathon, teaching in China and camaraderie with his wide circle of friends. Funeral Services will be at Sacred Heart Church on Friday, October 3 at 10:30 a.m. in Lebret, SK with Rev. I. Gorski officiating. Donations may be made to Sacred Heart Church at Lebret.

She is survived by her daughters, Kay (Ray) Trafford, Alameda; Ruth (Jim) Marr, Gainsborough; sister, Susan Mason, Winnipeg; six grandchildren, Laurel (Grant), Mark (Stephanie), Michael (Karen), Michele (John), Daryl and Darwin; five greatgrandchildren and two step-greatgrandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband, Donald; parents, Thomas and Emma Clark; son Clark Andrew in infancy; four brothers, Vincent, George, Wilbert and Irvin Clark; two sisters, Ruth Totton and Nina Wood; granddaughter, Darcy Ann Marr. Funeral Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 2, 2003 from Frobisher United Church, Frobisher with Rev. David Cathcart and Sandy Dalziel officiating. Interment will follow in the Frobisher Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Galloway Health Centre Long Term Care or Charity of Choice. MCNAMEE - MAE McNAMEE (NEE: LEFLAR) Aged 91 years of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, passed away on Sunday, September 28th, 2003. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 4th, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. in Parkview Funeral Chapel with Reg McKee as speaker. Burial will take place at a later date in Bengough Cemetery. Mae was predeceased by her two sons: Jackie in 1938 and Donald in 1994; her parents, Stewart and Clara Leflar and 4 brothers: Albert, Kenneth, Robert, and Richard. Mae is survived by her special friend of 50 years, Arnold Pederson of Moose Jaw; 9 nieces and nephews: Dale (Jo) Leflar, Donna (Bob) Gerrard, Larry (Ila) Leflar, Douglas (Judy) Leflar, Faye (Virgil) Wilson, Gwen McGurk, Bonnie (Andy) Laturnus, Joyse Gilbert, Keith (Gail) Leflar; and numerous other family members. Mae was born on February 26th, 1912 and was raised on the family farm in Bengough. Mae enjoyed a career of 22 years at the Valley View Centre in Moose Jaw. As part of the Living Legacy Planting Program, Parkview Funeral Chapel will have a tree planted in Wakamow Valley in Mae's memory. As an expression of sympathy, contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice. Parkview Funeral and Crematorium Services, Moose Jaw entrusted with arrangements. WHITE — Edward Sanderson White, Regina, Sask. and formerly of Broadview, Sask. passed away peacefully on August 9, 2003 in his 84th year at the Regina General Hospital with Gladys, his loving wife of 60 years and daughter, Linda at his side. He was predeceased by his parents, Tom and Doris, two sisters, Vivian and Eleanor and three brothers, Bill, Hugh and Bob. Ed is survived by his wife Gladys; son Wayne (Merle) of Ottawa, Ont: daughter, Linda Richards of Saskatoon, Sask. and son, Kevin (Amanda) of Regina; grandchildren, Neil (Jocelyn) White, Rhonda (Paul) WhiteRushforth, Krista (Corrie) Kelln, Kara Richards, Amie, Jordan and Sierra White; great grandchildren, Chase and Morgan Richards-Muskaluk, Logan and Mikayla Kelln and Taylor Rushforth; brother, Roderick (Gloria) White of Winnipeg, Man. and their family; sister in law, Jean White and brother in law, Harold Ransom, both of Kipling and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends across Canada who mourn the loss of a great man. The funeral service will be held in Broadway United Church, 105 Broadway Ave. Regina, Sask. on Wednesday. August 13, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. John Haas officiating. ADLER — On Monday, August 4, 2003, Fred Adler, loving husband of Ilse Adler, Indian Head, Sask. passed away at the age of 78 years. A memorial service for family and friends was held in the Memorial Park, Indian Head, Sask. on Saturday, August 9, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Ed Fischer officiating. Cremation. Predeceased by his parents, Max and Trudy Adler; one brother, Hans Adler; one sister, Brigitte Schmale; and brother in law, Gerd Schmale. Mr. Adler is survived by his wife, Ilse; one son, Gordon (Charlene) Adler, Indian Head, Sask. and their family, Evan, Brendan and Darian; one daughter, Ilona (Owen) Bannerman, North Battleford, Sask. and their family, Brook, Lane and Aiden; two nieces, Birgitt (Ulli) Krause, Balve-Mellen, Germany and their family, Madeleine, Andre and Marcel; Anja Lamminger, Meinerzhagen-Valbert, Germany and her family, Julia, Sarah and Alexander. If friends so desire contributions of remembrance may be made to the Prairie West Extension of the Evangelical Bible Church, Box 1076, Indian Head, Sask., S0G 2K0, the Indian Head and District Hospital Foundation, Box 643, Indian Head, Sask. or to a charity of choice may be tokens of remembrance.

HILTZ, G.J.E. "GERRY" — Passed away peacefully on Saturday August 9, 2003 at the age of 80, from cancer at the Pasqua Hospital in Regina, Saskatchewan. Gerry was born December 4th, 1922, in Kentville, Nova Scotia, son of the late Ralph and Ada (nee Redden) Hiltz. Gerry was predeceased by his wife Marjorie (nee Houghton) in 1980 and his sister Dorothy in 1999. He is survived by his brother Claredon (Pat) Hiltz (Nepean, Ontario); children Kathryn (Michael) Drope (Pilot Butte), Lynn (Bob) England (Regina), and Geoff (Edith) Hiltz (Calgary); seven grandchildren Courtney, Tim, and Jay (England) and Emily, Matthew, Michael, and Sarah (Hiltz) and special friend Irene Watson (Regina). A heartfelt Thank You to the staff of Ward 4A at the Pasqua Hospital. Flowers most gratefully declined. Should friends so wish a memorial donation may be made in memory of Gerry to the charity of ones choice. Memorial Service with Masonic Rites will be held on Wednesday, August 13th at 2:30 p.m. at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina. SK. Interment in Falmouth, Nova Scotia.
