ROGERS, Myrtle (nee Mason) - Suddenly, on Thursday, August 1, 2002, at Groves Memorial Community Hospital, Fergus, Myrtle Rogers, with her family at her side, went to be with the Lord. Myrtle May Rogers (nee Mason), in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Harold Rogers (1981). GUEST, Ruth (nee Goodwin) - November 13, 1927 - July 12, 2002. After an extended battle with cancer, Ruth succumbed in the early hours of July 12th. She had lived in southern California since 1955 where she worked for Pacific Bell until her retirement in 1993. She is mourned by family members: grandson, Jason McAllister; great-granddaughter, Taylor; sister and brother-in-law, Joan and Don Bodie of Qualicum Beach, B.C.; niece, Donalyn Simpson of Vancouver; cousins, Wilma Smellie of Guelph, Blaine Snellie of Dover, Oklahoma, Ruby Lasby of Elora, Madeline Dandeno of London, Ontario and her many friends.
