ROULEAU
On Tuesday, October 12, 2004, our dear mother, wife and friend PATRICIA
MARGARET ROSE ROULEAU (nee Kaupp), was finally taken by our Lord to receive her angel wings. On April 17, 1937, Pat was born to Mary Ellen and Paul Kaupp in New Dayton. She was married to Claude J.R. Rouleau on April 5, 1961 in Pincher Creek, at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church.
A sister, wife, mother, grandmother and friend
Pat lived her life as if it would never end.
Gentle but feisty, she touched all with her love Guided by her kindness and her Father above. Friends, she had many, family she adored
Five daughters given by the grace of her Lord.
Side by side with Claude, she travelled afar
From New Dayton to California,
following their star.
Her nursing career spanned forty-five years.
She nurtured many lives
with laughter and tears.
Marriages came and sons joined the clan
Grandchildren followed, Pat their best fan.
Tea parties and laughter followed Grandma
As she sewed and quilted, loving them all.
When Pat became ill, family and friends
gathered near
Holding her in their arms, facing their fears.
Pat has now gone to join the Lord
Her pain is over, the disease no more.
Her wonderful spirit, her humor and love
Will remain with us all,
as she watches from above.

Pat is lovingly remembered by her husband Claude; her daughters and families: Rochelle and Sean; Evangeline and Robert Glen, Tate and Bryce; Claudette Rael; Mary Ellen and James Beck, Sierra and Ethan; and Lucie and Nick Franco, Sophia and Trey.
