On Tuesday, August 14, 2007 Bill Hryniw of Red Deer passed away at the age of 86 years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Ollie (nee: Myson); three daughters, Linda (Jim) Thompson, Laura Hryniw, Cathy (Bradley) Down; four grandchildren, Kim, Jay, Chandra, Kacia; two sisters, Anne and Sophie.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, August 20, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Donations may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, 11560 University Avenue, Edmonton, AB, T5G 1Z2.
Mr. Paul Arthur Levasseur

On Monday, August 13, 2007 Paul Levasseur of Edmonton passed away at the age of 60 years.
He is survived by his children, Nicole (Mike) Girard, Perry (Nancy); one grandchild, Sean; his mother Rita Levasseur; four brothers and one sister. He was predeceased by his father, Harvey.
A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 16102 Fort Road, Edmonton. Cremation has taken place.
Mrs. Genevieve Corrine Marlowe
April 8, 1939 - August 15, 2007
It is with deep regret to announce that Genevieve (Gen) Marlowe passed away suddenly on August 15, 2007 at the age of 68 years after a brief illness, seven weeks after her beloved husband of 41 years, Ronald, had passed on.
She leaves to mourn her loss, her son that she loved so much, Robin.
She is also survived by three brothers and two sisters, Lorne Rosnau (Lorna) of Vernon, BC, Alice Gable (Tom) of Sooke, BC, Robert Rosnau of Edmonton, Marianne Sterling (Len) of Sherwood Park, and Timothy Rosnau of Edmonton as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents, Walter and Mathilde (Tillie) Rosnau, and her brother Raymond.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 24th, 2007 at 10:00 a.m., at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton.
Gen appreciated the arts. She particularly had a passion for old movies. She loved spending time with her family, and was a loving and caring person who made life a better place for the people around her.
1 Corinthians 15 (20-22) The truth is that Christ has been raised from death, is the guarantee that those who sleep in death will also be raised. For just as death came by means of a man, the rising of death comes by means of a man. For just as all people die because of their union with Adam, in the same way all be raised to life because of their union with Christ.

Mr. Walter Christopher Morris
January 5, 1940 - August 16, 2007
Walter Christopher Morris, at the age of 67, passed away peacefully from heart failure in Calgary, Alberta on August 16, 2007, with his family by his side. Walter is predeceased by his parents, Lillian and Thomas Morris, of Delisle, Saskatchewan and his brother Bob, of Saskatoon. Walter leaves behind his loving wife, Audrey, of 44 years; daughters Melanie Leask (Dean) of High River, Alberta; and Rhonda Coleman (Don) of Victoria, B.C. Pa will be missed by his treasured grandchildren Macleod, Billy (Leask), and Chelsea (Coleman), and his special little loved one Andrew (Christopher) Gallant. Walter will also be remembered by his brother Merrick of Delisle, two loving sister-in-laws (Pat and Patricia), as well as many wonderful nieces, nephews and friends. Walter grew up on the Morris farm just outside of Delisle, Saskatchewan. He had a rewarding career; first on the family farm, then for three years in the Canadian Armed Forces Signals’ Division. For the next 34 years, Walter worked for City Lumber/ Beaver Lumber Company; he retired in 2000. W.C. loved the great outdoors where his passions included hunting, fishing, golfing, and camping, with his family and friends (Over the Hill Gang). Walter loved to travel and often escaped the cold prairie winters to Yuma, Arizona. He also enjoyed spending time at the lake (Little Bow) and building/designing cabins (Wakaw and Little Bow). Walter cherished his family and his friends. We will miss you, Pa. Nick Komarynsky

It is with deep sorrow that our family announces the passing of Nick Komarynsky, formerly of Wabamun, Alberta. Nick was a caring husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather and will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 58 years, Edna (nee Groves), and their children: Alan (Cheryl) Komarynsky, Maureen (John) McCrady, Kevin (Karen) Komarynsky, Shauna (Terry) Willoughby, Michael (Helen) Komarynsky; 10 grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Nick is also survived by his sister Vera Federation and her four sons; his sister in-law Betty Comrie and her three children; several uncles, aunts, cousins and special friends. Nick was predeceased by his mother, Katarina in Ukraine when he was a young child; brother Emil (Betty) Comrie in 1966; father, John (Iwan) Komarynsky in 1981; and step-mother, Mary (Maria) Komarynsky (nee Stecyk) in 1991.
A memorial service will be held at Evergreen Funeral Chapel (16204 Fort Road, Edmonton) on Saturday, October 6 at 2:00 p.m. with internment to follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. On Thursday, October 4, 2007 Senja Ligard passed away peacefully at the age of 82 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 60 years, Odd John; children, Donald (Marilyn), Linda (Luke) Riesbeck; grandchildren, Kai (Nina), Sara (Don), Owen (Krisha), Kelly, David and Jim; six great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Heike, Tianna, Rayanne, and Linnea; numerous other family and friends. A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Monday, October 8, 2007 in Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16205 Fort Road, Edmonton. Weston Tennier of Calgary, passed away at the Peter Lougheed Centre on Friday, April 11, 2008 at the age of 87 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his children: Linda (Roger) Childs and Jo-Anne (Steven) Malley; grandchildren: Kate, Jonathan, Sara (Tim), Corey (Catherine) and Jeremy; great grandchildren: Hanna, Faith, Audrey and Taylor; a god daughter Maureen (Jim) Fraser of Sarnia ON and two great nieces, Kimberly and Kristine of London, ON. Weston was predeceased by his beloved wife Helen Tennier, November 10, 2006; and a daughter Anne Frances de Roaldes, June 9, 2005. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of Mountain View Funeral Home on Friday, April 18, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. A Graveside Service will follow in the Garden of Everlasting Life, Mountain View Memorial Gardens.
