Mrs. Katherine Folk
June 11, 1916 - March 13, 2010

On March 13, 2010 Mrs. Katherine (Kay) Folk at the age of 93 years, passed away peacefully at the Somerset Extended Care Centre. She has now joined her husband Foldine, her two grandchildren Janice and Ward Traves and her baby sister Judy.

Her twin daughters Loreen (Syd) Traves and Doreen (Mort) Goldstein, and her baby girl Jan Folk will always remember her as their Queen Mother. Her granddaughter Karen (Scott) Laine, grandsons Wayne Traves and Ken Dillon will never forget their "Nans". Her great-grandchildren Alanna Kay Mahar, Jenna Mahar, Jason Dillon and Kailene Dillon will always remember their Nanny Kay.

Kay always enjoyed a good party and an open house in memory of our Mom/Nans will be held on Friday, March 26, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. at The Royal Mayfair Country Club, 9450 Groat Road, Edmonton - (no denim apparel.) In lieu of flowers any donation would be gratefully received by the Edmonton Humane Society.

Mrs. Jeanette Mullin
July 3, 1947 - March 13, 2010

It is with extreme sorrow and sadness that the family of Jeanette Mullin loving mother to Traci (Karrie) Beaudry and Scott (Rebecca) Mullin announce her passing on March 13, 2010. She has left to mourn her loss are her adored granddaughters Jaclyn, Keerstyn, Britany, Kate and Kiera and grandson Jordan as well two brothers Jackie and Robert (Anne) and their families.

Jeanette was predeceased by her husband Larry Mullin the love of her life on May 26, 2008 and her parents Nana and Papa.

A private graveside service will be held at Glenwood Memorial Gardens where Jeanette's final resting will be with her husband.

The family invites you to join them for a memorial gathering at the home of Traci and Karrie Friday, March 19, 2010 between 7:00 pm and 10:00 p.m., 33 Cimmaron Way, Sherwood Park.

A very special thank you to her "angel" Janet, your time, commitment and love will never be forgotten.

You tried to fight mom, but the battle was too hard, I understand and have felt your pain but we will miss you with all our heart.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to YES (Youth Emergency Shelter) and Mustard Seed.

Mrs. Joyce Primeau
April 28, 1932 - April 6, 2008

Joyce Frances Primeau passed away from cancer and is lovingly remembered by her husband John of 53 years, her daughter Gale (Bruce) Charters, her sons; Mark (Roxy) and Wade (Karen), six grandchildren Cyle, Reese and Lainey, Chris David and Kenny Charters as well as numerous family and friends from all over the world.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at 4:30 p.m. at St. Augustine’s Anglican Church, 6110 Fulton Road, Edmonton. Joyce's final resting place will be at Glenwood Memorial Gardens at a later date.

Flowers are gratefully declined, donations may be made to the M.E. (CFS) Society of Edmonton.

Mrs. Sylvia Rothenberger
March 27, 1925 - April 5, 2008

Sylvia Edna Rothenberger (nee Miller)

Peacefully with her family by her side, Edna passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital on April 5, 2008.

She is survived by her children; Curtis (Linda), his children Carli and Matthew; daughter Christine and family in Calgary.

Edna was born in Okotoks, Alberta on March 27, 1925. She married John in 1951. She began her nursing career in 1945 and retired as Director of Nursing from Luther Home in 1988. She dedicated her life to helping people. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She is now at rest with John.

Funeral Service will be held at Christ Lutheran Church, 815 Inkster Blvd., on Thursday, April 10, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Lenise Francis presiding. Interment will follow at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Edna’s name may be made to The Winnipeg Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way, Wpg., MB R3T 9Z9.

Mrs. Evelyn Small
August 13, 1931 - April 4, 2008

On April 4, 2008, Evelyn Small passed away peacefully at the age of 76.

She is survived by her loving family: husband, Roger; three children, Catherine, Douglas (Pascale), Maureen; four grandchildren, Christopher, Crystal, Emily and Daniel; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Evelyn's Life will be held at the Ritchie United Church, 9624-74 Avenue, Edmonton, on Monday, April 14, 2008 at 2:00 pm. Reverend Ray Olsen will officiate, with interment of the urn to follow at the Glenwood Memorial Gardens, south of Wye Road, on Range Road 232.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute.

Linda Proulx
December 31, 1957 - March 28, 2008

A Tribute to Linda Proulx (50) & Julia Nielson (11).
It is with great sadness and heart-wrenching sorrow that we announce the passing of Linda, beloved Wife of Steve Proulx, loving mother of Mitchell and Shane, loving step-mother of Angela, Ashley and Jessica. Linda is also survived by her mother, Frances MacCumber of Milk River AB, and brothers Mike, Roger, and Scott MacCumber, mother in-law Angel Ristau of Barrhead AB, sister in-law Janice Radkiewicz (Raymond) of Peace River AB, brother in-law Paul Ristau (Angie) of Victoria, BC, as well as numerous relatives and friends.Julia was the loving daughter of Jessica Proulx (Cory Becker), sister of Emily, granddaughter of Steve Proulx, step granddaughter of Linda Proulx, grandmother Paulette Munro (Alex), great grandmothers Angel Ristau and Frances MacCumber. Julia also leaves many uncles, aunts, cousins, and numerous friends.Both passed away at the same time on March 28 2008 and will be lovingly remembered by all. Always, Always, Always. Mr. Clay Kenneth Truckey
March 7, 1932 - March 30, 2008

On March 30, 2008 Clay passed away at Millwoods Good Samaritan at the age of 76 years. He will be missed by friends and family. He was predeceased by his mother, Agnes Truckey-Evanchuk; father, Andrew; brothers, Clarence and Lawrence; sister, Rosalie Bush. A special thanks to Sharon Setera for providing care to Clay for many years. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 4, 2008 at Howard & McBride Westlawn Chapel, 16310 Stony Plain Road, Edmonton.
