It is with great sadness we announce the accidental death of Lindsay May Campbell on Sept. 06, 2003.
Lindsay was born in Neepawa, Manitoba, December 18, 1985. Her family moved to St. Albert in 1986 and settled in Leduc when Lindsay was three years old. She attended Notre Dame elementary school, Leduc Jr. High and was in Grade 12 at Leduc Composite High School at the time of her death.
Lindsay was a talented art student who had a passion for dance, music and cosmetology. She enjoyed playing the piano and wanted to play the drums someday. She loved spending time with her many friends and visiting her grandparents and cousins at the farm in Saskatchewan.
Lindsay had a beautiful smile that made the world smile with her. She was a very caring and compassionate friend. She lived life to the fullest.
She was loved by all who knew her and touched all of our hearts. She leaves to mourn, her loving father Brian Campbell of Wetaskiwin, her loving mother Marlene Campbell, her older sister Heather and big brother Tyler all of Leduc, grandparents Blake & Phyllis Holmes of Kindersley, Sask.; aunts, Jackie (Russ) Dickie, Donna Gerein, Joan Holmes, Sharon (Darrell) Denny, Yvonne (Dale) Hannon, Sharon (Marvin) Hagel, Rhonda Mitchell and uncles, Dale (Susan) Campbell and Grant (Shelley) Homes and Reg Gerein; cousins, Jared, Jody, Kimberly, Bobbie, Andrea, Shannon, Stacey, Jamie, Troy, Corey, Todd, Jana, Quincy, Randi, Brittany, Camille, Shayne, Dayne, Kali, Torie, Madison and special friends, Kyle Petryna and Brianne Cook and numerous other very close friends. She was predeceased by her grandparents Fred and Vera Campbell of Eston, Sask.
The angels called for her much sooner than we planned, we’ll brave the bitter grief that comes and try to understand. Nothing beautiful in this world is ever really lost; those we cherish will always live on in memory.
We love you Lindsay.
