CARON
Jared Cal Caron, beloved son of Cal and Heather Caron, passed away March 31, 2002 at the age of 16 years. Jared was an active young man, who enjoyed a variety of activities including skiing, fishing, golfing as well as working out at the gym. He was extremely fond of the time he spent with his family and friends. Jared was caring and compassionate. He was childlike and for this he made an amazing uncle to his little "Farthead" and "Boo-Boo". He was a hard worker and worked summers and weekends with his father. He was always on the ball at work and relished at the idea of being the "boss' son". Jared was experienced in several different fields. He spent a lot of spare time in the shop with his dad. There he was taught welding, mechanics, construction, but above all for him, he was taught how to operate the heavy equipment. Jared was a very affectionate young man. He loved all the women in his life and wasn't afraid to show it. It was nothing for our little "mama's boy" to curl up with his mom for a little "mothering". Jared will be sadly missed but greatly remembered. He is survived by his parents Cal and Heather Caron, three sisters Denell McCune (Michael), Lee-Ann Caron (Jeff) and Tristan Caron; one niece Jestine and one nephew Aden McCune and, and his long time girlfriend, Jamie Kate Sherwood, all of Innisfail, two grandfathers; Oscar Caron of Raven and Merle Neal of Caroline, one grandmother, Frances Neal of Innisfail, one great grandmother, Lucille Neal of Caroline. He is also survived by his godparents Susan and Ken Glenn, two brothers, Tyler and Dyllon Glenn, one sister Robin Glenn and one nephew Riley Cardinal as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandmother Valerie Caron and his uncle, Randall Caron. Funeral Service for the late Jared Caron will be held Saturday, April 6, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. at the Innisfail Legion with Pastor Curtis Neal officiating. Interment at the Raven Cemetery. If friends so desire memorial tributes may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Alberta, 103, 5920-1A Street S.W., Calgary, AB. T2H 9Z9. Arrangements entrusted to Metcalf Funeral Chapel, 4200-49 Ave., Innisfail, T4G 1M6. Phone 227-3123.
