HEMMAWAY - Jeremy Chris of Calgary, AB, fiancee of Michelle Leggatt and youngest son of Bill and Linda, brother to Kyle and twin sister Kelly.
Born on June 17, 1981, Jeremy was taken suddenly from us on June 25, 2006 at the age of 25 years.
Jeremy will be greatly missed by his fiancee, family, aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many wonderful friends. Jeremy had a wonderful sense of humor and a real zest for life. He had a remarkable talent to tell a tale or a joke. It’s been said a “bad day working with Jeremy was like a good day off work”.
When you met Jeremy he lit up a room and left a lasting impression that we will always hold near and dear to our hearts.
In Jeremy’s short life, he tried many different things but truly became focused when he met and fell in love with Michelle.
Jeremy learned to love and respect family and friends from the love and guidance he received from his parents.
Jeremy, a welder by trade, was interested and active in welding and fabricating stock cars, fishing, camping, working on his new home, traveling and being with friends.
A Celebration of Jeremy’s Life will be held in the Chapel of Mountain View Funeral Home on Thursday, June 29, 2006 at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, if family and friends so desire, a memorial contribution may be made out to the baby fund. Make cheques payable to Michelle Leggatt.
