Randy Armour, aged 57 years of Calgary, passed away at home in his sleep on Sunday, August 26, 2007. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Linda, sons Cody (Heather) and Randy, all from Calgary. He is also survived by his loving grandkids: Meg, Randy Jr, Jack, Keith, his faithful dog Moe, his mother Margaret, his brother Robyn, and four sisters: Heather (John), Darlene (Vern), Bonnie (Darwin), Leslie (Wally), and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Leslie.
Services will be held at Leyden’s Chapel of Remembrance (17th Avenue and 2nd Street S.W. Calgary), Thursday, August 30, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Kids Cancer Camps of Alberta ( 302-609 14 St. N.W. Calgary T2N 2A1). Arrangements entrusted to Leyden’s Funeral Home, Calgary.
Mr. David Clifford Belcourt
June 12, 1953 - August 27, 2007
It is with the deepest sadness that we announce the passing of David Clifford Belcourt on August 27, 2007 at the age of 54, following his courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis.
He is lovingly remembered by his parents Olivia and Herb, son Matthew, brother Kim, special companion Susan, as well as many other friends and family.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects on Friday, August 31, 2007 between 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home, south of Wye Road on Range Road 232, Sherwood Park where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2007 at 2:00 p.m.
Dave's final resting place will be at Glenwood Memorial Gardens.
Although Dave's passing is difficult for those who loved him, he would want people to smile, laugh and share the good memories of his life.

Alex Check of Edmonton, Alberta passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2007 at the age of 75 years. Alex will be lovingly remembered by his daughters Kimberly and Yardley; sisters, Beverly, Judy, Tillie, Lovette; brother, Roy along with numerous nieces and nephews. BECKER, Colin - On Tuesday, September 4, 2007 Colin Becker of Spruce Grove, AB, formerly of Vimy, AB, passed away peacefully with his family at his side after a lengthy illness, at the age of 35 years. He will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his wife Kelsey; son, Colby; parents, Milton (Adele) Becker, Jeanette (Ed) Despins; grandmother, Martha Osmak; siblings, Rhonda (Barry), Denis, Kim, Mark, Ryan; six nieces; numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, friends and numerous other extended family members.

On September 01, 2007, John Keller passed away at home. John is survived by his loving wife May, his daughter Maureen ( Wayne ) Phare and son Terry ( Pat ) Keller, and his sister Rose Wilmott. He is fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Graham ( Lorie ) and Laura ( Chris ). John was “Great Grandpa” to Nicholas, Matthew, Carolyn, Kathleen, Roslynn and Eric. Marshall, William Wesley (Bill) - On September 8, 2007, Bill Marshall passed away at the age of 54 .
He is survived by his brothers and sisters; Jack, Ted, Diane (Carl), Carolyn (Larry) and Mary (Kerwin); nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Bill was predeceased by his parents, Wes and Edna Marshall.

Mr. Nick John Frunchak

With heavy hearts, we announce the unexpected passing of Nick John Frunchak, husband, father, grandfather, mentor and welder extraordinaire, on Sunday September 9, 2007 at the age of 78.
Nick will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 57 years, Anne, and their children; Valerie (Dr. Robert Weinman) of Montreal, Douglas (Debora) of Sherwood Park, Peggy Gesell of Calgary, Patricia Zutz (Randy) of Stony Plain and Stuart (Tammy) of Sherwood Park. His loving presence will also be missed by his grandchildren; Kristopher, Paige, Jamie, Sara, Nikolaus, Erica, Dylan, Devin and Kira. He will also be mourned by sisters Rose Rae and Vera Shandro and brother David (Eileen).
Born in Andrew, Alberta, Nick was predeceased by his parents John and Sophie. Nick pursued his welding education in Calgary at SAIT in 1946. His passion for his work led him to a lifetime career in Fabrication in the Refinery and Oil patch Industry. His expertise was shared with many from apprentices to business associates and will be sorrowfully missed by all.
The family wishes to extend their sincere appreciation to his family doctor, Dr. E.J. Cahill for his kindness and many years of compassionate care.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 14, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home, south of Wye Road on Range Road 232, Sherwood Park. Interment and a reception will follow at Glenwood Memorial Gardens.

On September 13, 2007, Mrs. Alice Bovee, of Edmonton, passed away at the age of 80 years.
She will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by her husband Hal, daughters Bonita Turner and Ainslie Bovee, two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, two nephews, one niece and their families, as well as many special friends.

Mrs. Dorothy Liska
January 3, 1916 - September 9, 2007
On September 9, 2007 at the age of 91, Dorothy Liska of Sherwood Park passed away peacefully with family by her side. She is lovingly remembered by her children; Lillian (John) Park, Pat (Marshall) Hansen, Roberta Harper and Kathleen Kuypers, 13 grandchildren and 23 Great-grandchildren as well as many relatives and friends.
A celebration of Dorothy's life will be held on Friday, September 14, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Sherwood Park United Church, 20 Fir Street, Sherwood Park.
Cremation has taken place and Dorothy's final resting place will be with her husband Robert at South Cooking Lake Cemetery.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce that our beloved father Kurt Alfred
Neumann passed away on September 8, 2007. He was predeceased by his wife Marta in 1985. He leaves to mourn his loss his children; Toni (Brian), Margarete (Helmut), Bob, Iris (Terry), Nancy, Thomas (Susan), his grandchildren; Dana, Richard (Brenda), Leigh (Pam), Corina (Allen), Curtis, Jacki and his great grandchildren, Logan, Kiara and Levi , his sister Brigitte Von der Warth, her husband Hermann and family of Duisburg, Germany, as well as his brothers and sisters in law and numerous nieces and nephews. Kurt’s passion in life was his family, the card game Skat and many sports.
A heart felt thanks to the staff at Capital Care Strathcona Laurier House where he resided for the past five years.
