On October 12, 2007, Mrs. Alexandra Miller, of Calgary, passed away peacefully.
She leaves to mourn her loss her loving son, John; her sister Anne Checknita, brother Mark Sereda;, her sisters-in-law Sophie Sereda and Mary Sereda, and many nieces, nephews and friends who will dearly miss her.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband John (Dusty) Miller; parents Ilko and Anna Sereda; her sisters Mary Lipinski and Katherine Pyrcz; and brothers Michael, William, Alexander, Stephen, Samuel, Joseph and Pat Sereda.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at 3:15 p.m. at Leyden's "Chapel of Remembrance" (17 Avenue and 2 Street SW, Calgary).
Arrangements entrusted to Leyden's Funeral Home, Reception and Cremation Centre.

LEUNG, Charles - On Friday, October 12, 2007 Mr. Charles Leung passed away suddenly at the age of 50. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 30 years, Geraldine; three daughters, Christina (Chris), Jessica, Charlee; parent, Peter (Lee) Leung and Roberta Baert; siblings, Joe, Tammy (Mike) Hutman, Sherry (Paul) Liimatainen, Rick (Rita) Polywkan; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 in Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton.
Celebration of life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 18, in Evergreen Funeral Chapel with interment of cremated remains to follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
The family would like to extend a special thank you the physical therapy department at the University of Alberta especially Margie McNeely.
In lieu of floral tributes donations may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute for tongue and throat cancer patients c/o Alberta Cancer Foundation.

CHIN, LUCY FUNG YUNG - On July 20, 2007 Lucy Chin of Edmonton passed away after a short illness at the age of 57 years. She is survived by her husband Simon, son Dennis, brother-in-law Raymond (Annie) Chin, niece Pauline Chin, three brothers, Phillip (Triggy) Yong, James Yong, and Neville Yong. A visitation will be held on Friday, July 27, 2007 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton. A Funeral Service will follow at Evergreen on Saturday, July 28, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Herman Reinsch
January 16, 1914 - July 22, 2007
On Sunday, July 22 Herman Reinsch of Edmonton passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the age of 93 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his children Richard, Wally (Elaine), Art (Giselle), granddaughter Jody, grandsons, Gary, Michael and Matthew as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Herman was predeceased by his wife of 65 years Stefanie and their infant son Adolf.
A Visitation will be held on Friday, July 27 from 6 to 8 P.M. at South Side Memorial Chapel 8310-104 Street.
The Funeral Service will take place Saturday, July 28 at 1:00 P.M. At St. Matthew's Lutheran Church 7607-89 Streets, Edmonton.
Interment will follow in Glenwood Memorial Gardens.

SNIDER, Kenneth Dale
August 27, 1961 – July 23, 2007
Ken Snider, a wonderful husband, father, son, and brother passed away suddenly on July 23, 2007 in St. Albert, Alberta.
Ken will be sorely missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, Joanne, and adoring sons, Brody and Riley; mother Anne Snider, sister Laurie Snider, brother Keith Snider (Beryl), in-laws Steve and Mariam Kachur, sister-in-law Sherry Kachur (Pat Maguire), brother-in-law Ken Kachur (Lisa), nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and his canine companion, Kirby. Ken was predeceased by his father, Robert, in 1980.
Visitation for family and friends will take place on Friday, July 27, 2007 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton, AB. A celebration of Ken’s life will follow at Evergreen Chapel on Saturday, July 28, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Mary-Lou Grammer
May 11, 1939 - July 21, 2007
Mary-Lou Grammer fell asleep in Christ, July 21, 2007.
Her Daughter, Colleen, was at her bedside with the rest of the family close by.
Mary-Lou was baptized during the Gospel Tent Crusade of Miracle Temple, in Edmonton, July 3, 1978. From that day on, she lived a holy life, being a doer of the Word of God (KJV).
