When the midnight moon nestles in the sky
The angels dance with fire flies
We will be blessed with slumbers bliss
But this is when you’ll most be missed.
When children chase the dawn away
We’ll rise to greet the coming day
There’s life and love we all will share
But still, we’ll know that you’re not there
When the evening paints the world with dusk
And the sandman packs his bags with dust
We know you chose this day to go
As winter sighed and dropped her snow.
