My wings are spread, my pain is gone
Do grieve for me - but not for long.
For wondrous peace surrounds my light I'm gliding towards that ray of light.
So grieve for me but not for long Remember blessings not the wrong.
My life was full and so complete Although the end was bittersweet.
You brightened up my everyday... By things you'd do, by things you'd say.
I'll miss my life with you on Earth, but know you gave my life it's worth.
I'm gliding towards a perfect place
No pain or sorrow, only grace.
My wings are spread, I'm soaring strong... Do grieve for me, but not for long.

TEATHER, Allan Wednesday, 09 Jan 2008
Langley, BC
1985-2008
On January 9th, Terry and Andria Teather and their daughter Natalie lost their beloved son and brother Allan. In losing him we lost his wonderful smile, his loving heart, his compassionate nature and his incredible sense of humor. But we have been left with 22 years of warm memories of those very things. A senseless act took him from us and his extended family; grandparents Joyce & Allan Teather of Fonthill, Ontario and Heather Denny of Allanburg, Ontario, as well as aunts, uncles and cousins across the country. His many friends in Calgary and B.C., especially Attila, Cole and Steve, his high school buddies, share the pain of this loss. Allan gave us many things and we will stay strong during this difficult time in his honor. In his teens he helped his father coach track for Special Olympics and anyone wishing to honor Allan's memory is encouraged to make a donation to B.C. Special Olympics. A celebration of Allan's life will be held on Friday, January 18th at 1:00 p.m. at the Columbia-Bowell Funeral Chapel, 219 6th Street, New Westminster, B.C.
