After a long illness and bravely fought. Lucy is remembered lovingly by her husband Anthony Carl Fehr, her parents Bill and Caroline Moffett and one brother, David.
A Memorial service will be held a the Parksville Baptist on April 12, 2008, at 2:30pm.

WIESNER, Daniel Heinrich of Qualicum Beach B.C., passed away at Eagle Park care facility on April 3, 2008 at the age of 76.
Sadly pre-deceased in November 2004 by Lois, his devoted wife of 53 years, also his sister Doreen in 1953. Survived by his loving children Danny Wiesner (Kim), Susan Tait (Brian), Tracy Koss (Steve), Patty McKee (Robert), Ken Wiesner, and four adored grandchildren Cory, Teri, Jessica and Megan; also his brothers Ralph, Tim, Victor and sisters Darlene, Gloria and Grace.
A Graveside service was held Friday, April 11th at Qualicum Beach Cemetery with Pastor Jim Caruso and Rev. Phil Spencer officiating.
If one wishes, donations can be made in Dan's memory to the B.C. Cancer Society.

We are shattered by the loss of Colin—our son, brother, uncle and friend. He died more quickly than expected after a long illness. Colin is survived by his mother and stepfather, Eileen and Neill Neill; his father and stepmother, Bob and Nancy Dobbs; his sister Becky Dobbs and her husband Andy Wall; his sister Ananda Umar and her husband Bobby; his brothers Kevin Dobbs and Curran Dobbs; his niece Josie Dobbswall; and his nephews Graysen Dobbswall and Mikel Wall. Colin will be remembered for his humor, artistic talent, love of music, and his enthusiasm for helping others—especially his sister, Becky at “The Bubble Tea Place”.
There will be a memorial service in Victoria on April 28.
MOORE, MARY FLORENCE Sunday, 30 Mar 2008

Mary Florence Moore passed away on March. 30th, 2008. at Qualicum Manor in Qualicum Beach, B.C. Mary was pre-deceased by her parents Nancy and Jack Moore and her sister-in-law Doreen. She will lovingly be remembered by her brother Jack of Devonshire, England, brother Don/Lorraine of Parksville B.C., nephew Brian (Virginia) of Winnipeg and numerous nephews and nieces.
Mary was born in Winnipeg, April 11, 1924, and attended Linwood school in St. James. She was a competitive sports enthusiast her entire life excelling in speed skating and soft ball in her younger years and golf and curling later. Mary was an ardent member of the Qualicum Beach Memorial Golf Club and was honoured by being elected to the Board and voted Captain of the women's club.
Mary spent her entire business career with the Eaton's Company in Winnipeg where she advanced to the level of store management and met so many of her future close friends. She had many enjoyable holidays with her friends at her cottage at Laclu, Ontario.
The family expresses sincere gratitude to the staff of Qualicum Manor and to Dr. Johann Wagenaar for the treatment and support they gave Mary in her last trying days. Mary's ashes will be sent to Winnipeg to be interned in the family plot with her parents.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Mary's love of animals via the Parksville SPCA or the North Island Wildlife Recovery Assn., Parksville would be appropriate.

Joseph Neil Mulvaney died peacefully following a long courageous battle with Parkinson’s disease.
Beloved husband of Mary, dear father of Marc (Carolyn), and Madelyn (Peter), loving grandfather of Tess and Noah. Special thanks to Dr. J. Wagenaar and the wonderful staff at Eagle Park for their loving and caring support.

Dalziel, Mollie, born April 20, 1920 passed away peacefully on October 25th at the age of 87 years.
She is lovingly remembered by husband Ron of 29 years of marriage. Also, her children George (Mari), Susan (Ken), Monica, Deborah, stepchildren Jeanette (Arnie), Laverne (Brian), Mel (Bev), Brian (Deb), as well as seventeen Grandchildren, eleven Great Grandchildren, and many friends. Mollie was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion.
A celebration of life will be held at Qualicum Legion on Tuesday, October 30th at 1:00 pm.

Born in Victoria on October 26th, 1915 to HR and Edna MacMillan, Jeannie died just before sunrise on October 23rd at home surrounded by love, three days before her 92nd birthday.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Gordon, their sons Harvey and Gordon, two grandchildren, Joanna and Jason, and her sister Marion Hawley. She is survived by her five daughters Carol, Martha Lou, Stephanie, Lisa and Nancy (Gerald), thirteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and her devoted antique-chewing bulldog, Rosie.
Jeannie will be remembered for her keen intelligence, her unbounded sense of fun, and her irrepressible love of life. Educated in Vancouver, she then graduated in 1938 from Stanford University. Amongst her directorships were MacMillan Bloedel, Vancouver Aquarium, York House School, Brentwood College, World Wildlife Fund, Holt Renfrew, and Pearson College of the Pacific. Additionally, Jeannie was a founding Canadian supporter of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award World Fellowship. Mum felt especially grateful for the loyalty and years of service from Jake, Brenda, Misa, Josie, Joy Holly and Chris. The family is particularly thankful for the patient and tender attention given these past nine months to Mum by her nurses and caregivers. Jeannie leaves a longing and a smile in the hearts of all who knew her.
Private cremation. A memorial service was held at 3 o’clock on Thursday, November 1st, 2007 at Christ Church Cathedral, 690 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
One of Mum’s legacies was her extraordinary philanthropy to many causes. It is with this in mind that if you so wish, please make a donation to a charity of your choice in her memory.

Sarah Collery peacefully passed away after a brief illness. Honoured to have her in their lives are Michael, her husband of 45 years, her children; Aaron (Sandy), Simon (Dianne), Adrian (Trisha) along with her grandchildren; Kieran, Castley, Tamara, Hannah, Sophia, Aidan, Reuben and Carys. Sarah was pre-deceased by her father Moore. She will be missed by her mother Dora, brothers; Moore (Julia), Paul (Helen), Lindsay (Susan) and sister; Dorthea (Bert). Born in Belfast, Northern Ireland she immigrated to Canada in 1969. Briefly living in Ontario and Port Alice before settling in Qualicum Beach in 1973. Sarah had a very colourful personality, never taking no for an answer. She was determined to provide for her family and doted on her boys. Involved locally in youth soccer and lacrosse. She could always be heard supporting her teams. Sarah loved spending time with her grandchildren, gardening on Little Mountain and shopping. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.
A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, Nov 17 at 2pm at 889 Little Mountain Road, Parksville. All welcome. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to Salvation Army.
AUDETTE, Lonny Elizabeth Sunday, 28 Oct 2007

Lonny passed away peacefully at the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital. She is lovingly remembered by her husband Jeff, her daughter Elise and son Joseph (Tammy), grandchildren Chelsea and Jessica, as well as her sister Lorelei Meraw (Tom), nephew
Michael Meraw (Kelly & grand niece Ava), nieces Carolyn Stonehouse (Tim) and Lisa Meraw. Lonny devoted her life to the care of people. She graduated as a registered nurse at the Edmonton General Hospital and amongst others worked at the Foothills General Hospital in Calgary as well as the University of Alberta Hospital in Edmonton. She moved to Parksville in May 1980 and returned to nursing at the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital in 1987 from where she took mandatory retirement in June 2004.
She will be keenly remembered for her dedication to her profession, her wit and sense of humor. Her passion for cooking was greatly appreciated by her family, many friends, neighbours and extended family, not to mention her various knitting skills.
Lonny leaves a smile in the hearts of all who knew her.
A special thank you to the ladies of C.W.L. who were a great help in our time of sorrow.
A celebration of Lonny’s life was held at the Church of the Ascension, Parksville on November 1st at 11:00 am with Father Jozef Kobos, S.D.S. officiating.
