Frasson, Angelo Joseph passed away suddenly on August 29, 2007 in Victoria, BC.
Predeceased by brother Peter.
Survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Jody; son Bern (Ena); daughter Nan (Ray); granddaughters Angela and Sarah; sister Leonora and many nieces and nephews.
Joe proudly served with the RCEME Corps for 32 years. He enjoyed his family and gardening. He also had a passion for inventions. Private family arrangements. Flowers gratefully declined. It is with great sadness that we announce that our wonderful Wife, Mum, Grandma / Nang and best friend passed away after a year long illness borne with courage, dignity and laughter..
Survived by her husband of 60 years Roy and their children Geoff (Sandy), Ann (Ron Dyck), Bruce (Darlene), Christine, Marc (Kristine) and her 13 Grandchildren, Craig (Nola) Kirsty, Jason, Joe (Ali) Troy, Joelle, Clayton, Emma, Callie, Tylan, Carson, Shane & Kash, as well as Sarah & Dustin.
Also, surviving is her sister Hilda and her nieces Jane and Judith, also in England her best friends Colin & Doreen Bie and their family, friends Lois, Nancy, Zoe & Angie,
She will be dreadfully missed by Catherine and Doug Hamilton, her West Highland Whites from Westshore Westies and Catherines from Ladyleigh Kennels. The annual Westie walk was a must each April.
The whole family wish to thank Dr. McMyrtrie and her team without whom we would not have had this last year. Very special thanks to all the staff on Royal 3 X, RJH for their care and compassion this last week and to Dr. David and Margaret Lintern for your care of Mum and Dad for all the years they have been here.

Fish, Gladys - Born March 29, 1914 in Victoria, BC, passed away peacefully September 18, 2007 in Victoria. Gladys will be sadly missed and forever remembered by her two sons, Dave (Lyn) and Bob (Cathy) nieces, nephews, cousins, and many good caring friends. Gladys was predeceased by her husband Don of 59 years, in September 2001. Gladys was a true Victorian, involved in many charities and a well known Victoria athlete, especially tennis, badminton and curling. A special thanks to the wonderful and caring staff at Mount St. Mary Hospital.

September 14, 1927 - September 21, 2007
Passed away peacefully on September 21, 2007. Born in Swan River in Manitoba on September 14, 1927. A long time resident of Steveston, Earle's fishing career spanned from Canadian Fishing Company in 1941 to his retirement with San Juan Fishing, which he formed in 1974. He leaves to mourn his wife Irene, daughters Debbie, Heather, Cindy and son Stewart (Karen); grandchildren Lee, Lyndsi, Sarah, Amanda, Jeremy and Madison. Memorial Service to be held at Steveston United Church, 3720 Broadway St. in Steveston, Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated. SPEARMAN, Rosa Mae, a resident of Chatham passed peacefully on Monday, September 24, 2007 at Riverview Gardens in her 80th year. Daughter of John Rufus and Edythe Mae (Pierce) Spearman. Survived by a sister Mary Lou Ruta of Niagara Falls and a sister in law Barbara Spearman of Chatham. Predeceased by brothers George and James and her sister Ruby McLagan. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Rosa was a head cashier at Loblaws and retired after 20 years at Chatham Maycourt Day Nursery as a pre-school teacher. She was actively involved with the Cub and Scout Movement as a Cub Leader. The family will receive visitors Tuesday, September 25, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Bowman Funeral Home, 4 Victoria Ave. (519-352-2390). A funeral service will take place Wednesday September 26, 2007 at 1:00 pm at Holy Trinity Anglican Church (81 Selkirk St., Chatham). Interment to follow in Maple Leaf Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Canadian Diabetes Association, the Canadian Cancer Society or the V.O.N. Palliative Care.

Our beloved Ani died peacefully in her sleep, embraced by her loving family, husband of 45 years Armenak, children Anais (Ara), Jack, and Aida, sister Lucy, nephew Viken (Michelle and Kaya), nieces Mania and Laurie, brother-in-law Hovig. She was predeceased by her cherished sister Hasmig and nephew Ara. She was a pillar of the Armenian community, dedicated to selfless service through the Armenian Relief Society and St. Gregory Armenian Apostolic Church. She loved travelling, she loved life, and most of all she loved her family and friends. Ani will be remembered for her generous spirit, her endless curiosity, and her genuine smile. Heartfelt thanks to all the people in the palliative care unit at VGH, to the Oncology Department at Lion's Gate Hospital, and especially to Dr. Klimo, Dr. Buczkowski and Ms. Fay Tham. Funeral will be held on Friday, September 21st at 12:30 pm, St. Gregory Armenian Apostolic Church, 13780 Westminster Hwy (at No. 6 Rd.), Richmond, BC, V6V 1A2.
