Harold Lee of Squamish, B.C. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband and father. Harold born July 7, 1932 passed peacefully from this earth on January 30th, at age 70 years. He will be deeply missed by loving Wife Virginia and three children, son Raymond (Linda) Mensinger, and daughters, Brenda (Rick) Mensinger and Denise (Dean) Imbeau, and step daughter May Pascual. Harold will be missed by grandchildren: Robert, Tammy, Kimmy, Carlee, Shannon, Karson, Eden & Teal. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, February 4th at 3:00 pm at the Squamish Funeral Chapel. Peacefully on April 3, 2003 Gino Lenarduzzi of Squamish, formerly o f North Vancouver, aged 88 years. Born July 17, 1914 in Domanins, Italy. He will be greatly missed by his wife Iole. Lovingly remembered by his children, son Harry (Kathy), daughters Allannah (Garett) and Gina (Rod); his beloved grandchildren Shelby, Samantha, Julie (Steve), Jason, Matthew, Steve, Sean and Garett (Tracey); and his great-grandchildren Brendan and Carleigh. Gino was an exceptionally loving husband, father, nono and granpa,. He had a kind and caring heart and found his greatest pleasure in sharing time with his family and friends. He will always be remembered for his outstanding mosaics that grace St. Edmund's Catholic Church and the Vancouver Airport. He truly was a master craftsman. A Prayer vigil will be held on Tuesday April 8, 2003 at 7:30 p.m. at St. Edmund's Catholic Church, 545 Mahon Avenue, North Vancouver, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, April 9, 2003 at 11:00 a.m., Father John Barry Celebrant. Peacefully after a long illness, we regret to announce the passing of "Joe" Lambertus Joseph Vanderham aged 75 years. He will be sadly missed by both family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years 'Anne', daughter Anneke (Duke); three sons Joe (Joanne), Ted and Rick. Joe was a grandfather to five children Jamie, Kristie, Andrew, Katie and Evan. The family would just like to say that he was a devoted husband, father and "simply a good man". John Frederick Dorey
John Frederick Dorey died peacefully on January 8, 2003 at Squamish General Hospital. Predeceased by his parents, sister Pat, brother Jim and by his son Ron. He is lovingly remembered and will be forever missed by his wife, Eleanor, daughters Joan (Kelly) and Linda. Grandchildren Brandie (Ron), Nancy (Elval), Mathew, Karly and Laurissa. One great grandchild Bailey, sisters Vonnie (Don) and his many other dear friends and relatives. John was born on September 30, 1923 in Hamilton, Ontario. He proudly served his country with the Royal Canadian Navy Volunteer Reserve and was stationed in the north Atlantic for over five years during the Second World War. John was a master chef for most of his life and his family and friends enjoyed many wonderful dinners he prepared. He is forever loved and will be missed by all. Donald James Ross, born 1932, Hannah, Alberta, passed away at his home in Brackendale, B.C. on February 3, 2003. Retired Captain with the Richmond Fire Department, 1966 ? 1992. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Helen; sons, James, Hal (wife Brenda) and Scott (wife Robin); grandchildren Kyle, Holly, Marissa, Myles and Charlotte; sisters, Harriet, Doris, Coreen, Corolyn and Jeannie; brothers, Jeff, Frank and Kurtis. Victor Philip Morphy
Victor Philip Morphy, born February 7, 1950 in Lytton, B.C. died February 2, 2003 in Squamish, B.C. after a courageous battle with cancer. Survived by his wife Carol, daughter Erin, son-in-law Bob, and the lights of his life, Lauren and Kyle. Vic lived his life believing in the innate goodness of everyone. He supported his friends with all the resources available to him and in the end taught us all about the sanctity of life and the sacredness of dying. God bless him and grant him peace. In lieu of flowers Vic?s family request that a contribution be made to a charity of your choice or a random act of kindness be perpetrated in his name. A Celebration of Vic's life, time and place will be announced.
Thomas "Tom" Fowler
On February 8, 2003 Thomas "Tom" Herbert Fowler passed away peacefully at Squamish General Hospital. Born September 17, 1927 to Sandy & Adela, Tom was born in Vancouver and raised in Pemberton Meadows. He graduated from Squamish High School and served an apprenticeship as a carman at P.G.E. working for the railway, first in Squamish, then Prince George and again in Squamish. Tom retired from B.C. Rail after 38 years of service. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Louise, daughters Gail, Marlene, Mary Ann (John), Sandra (Keith), Sharon (Bill), daughter-in-law Teresa, 6 grandchildren, Sarah, Leslie, Tyler, Tonja, Nicole and Megan, also survived by brothers Bill (Winnie), Laury (Mabel), sisters Edith Gosden and Shirley (Bill) Brown. Predeceased by his son, Keith, brother Leondard and sister Alice. After retirement, Tom was active in the PC Party, on the board of the Squamish Credit Union and also volunteered for numerous projects in the community. A fine, man, he will be greatly missed by his extended family and friends. At Tom's request, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Squamish General Hospital, Palliative Care Unit. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. at St. John's The Divine Anglican Church. Interment to follow at Mt. Garibaldi Cemetery.
