Kelvin Mark, 41, passed away December 14, 2003 at his home in Abbotsford.
He was born in New Westminster, B.C. on March 2, 1962 to Emily Wiens and the late Mames Bahris.
Kelvin married his best friend and soul mate, Carrie Shier of Smithers on June 4, 1983 at Polson Park in Vernon, B.C. He was an elder in the Sumas Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Kelvin owned his own sewing machine repair business, was an avid music lover and an energetic golfer and hockey player.
Kelvin is survived by his wife Carrie; son Mark and daughters Chantelle and Celine; mother Emily Wiens and stepfather Gary; brothers Kelly, Kevin and Kory; sister Vicky Ohashi; grandmother Mary Bahris, along with numerous members of extended family and friends. His brother Carrie James and his father James Metro Bahris predeceased him.
Memorial Service will be conducted on Friday, December 19, 2003 at 3:30 p. m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at 1672 Salton Road, Abbotsford. Earl Archibald will officiate.

BELSHER, ROSS - Saturday, 13 Dec 2003
Ross Belsher passed away peacefully into the presence of God on Friday, December 13, 2003. He will be missed by his loving wife, Ruth, sons Bruce and Brent, their families including four grandchildren, sister-in-law Evelyn (Selwyn) and her family, and many dear friends and relatives. Ross is predeceased by his parents Pearly & Greta and brother Selwyn (1999).
Born in Southern Saskatchewan and raised on the family farm in McCord. Ross graduated from Luther College and then earned a diploma from the School of Agriculture at the University of Saskatchewan. In 1956 a temporary position with Eaton's led to a 28 year career with the company where he was store manager in Chilliwack, Abbotsford and Guildford. Ross and Ruth married in 1959 and enjoyed a marriage of 44 years. From 1984 to 1993 Ross had the privilege of serving as the Member of Parliament for Fraser Valley East. Before and after politics Ross was involved in the community through Rotary (President; Chilliwack, named a Paul Harris Fellow), Fraser Valley College Board (Chairman), Fraser Valley Health Board (Director), serving on various Chambers of Commerce Boards, Salvation Army Housing Management Board and Abbotsford Hospice Society (Director). Ross also actively served his church (Alliance) sitting on the boards in Vancouver, Chilliwack and Sevenoaks (Abbotsford).
The Family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the many friends and family including the staff at Royal Columbian and MSA Hospital that supported Ross and them during the past six months of his illness. BREED, FLORENCE - Friday, 12 Dec 2003
Miss Florence Margaret Breed, late of Abbotsford, passed away on December 12, 2003 at MSA Hospital.
She was born in Blackfalds, AB on April 9, 1923. She worked at Money's Mushrooms for 34 years.
She is survived by close friends Jim & Kim Tulloch, Al Tapp and sister-in-law Ida Breed.
Funeral Services will be held on Wed. Dec. 17, 2003 at 1:00 p. m. from Immanuel Fellowship Baptist Church at 2950 Bluejay Street, Abbotsford with Pastor John Bonham officiating. Interment to follow at Hazelwood Cemetery.

REIMER, JOHN - Thursday, 11 Dec 2003
Mr. John Reimer, late of Abbotsford, passed into the presence of his Lord aftr a long illness, December 11, 2003 at the age of 78 years at MSA Hospital.
He is survived by his living sons Wilf and Gary and daughter-in-law Carol Reimer. He will also be missed by his grandsons, James and Jon.
John was predeceased by his loving wife Mary, youngest son Norman and only brother Bernhard.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2003 at 11:00 a. m. at Abbotsford Baptist Church at 33651 Busby Street with Pastors Roger McClelland & William Funk officiating. Interment will follow at Hazelwood Cemetery. Viewing will be held prior to the services at the Church.

Ms. Myona Dee Mielke, late of Abbotsford, B.C. passed away on December 11, 2003 at the age of 58 years at MSA Hospital surrounded by family.
She is survived and will be lovingly missed by her daughter Korrena Mielke of Whistler, B.C., her mother and father, Emily & Rueben Stroshein of Abbotsford, B.C. her sisters Ruby Christianson of Abbotsford, Uenda Duzic of Alberta, Nancy Lair of Chilliwack, B.C., nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by Korrena's father Jerry Mielke of Sechelt, B.C.
She loved her family & friends and was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She has touched many lives and we miss and love her dearly.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2003 at 3:00 p. m. from the Free Presbyterian Church at 18790 58th Avenue in Cloverdale with Rev. Ian Goligher officiating. Burial will be held at Hazelwood Cemetery.

Pauline Margaret Dunstan passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2003 at Mission Memorial Hospital.
Pauline was predeceased by her husband Archie Cymbaluk and her parents Michael and Elsie Brady. She will be lovingly remembered by her son Steven Cymbaluk; sisters Stella, Susan, Carol, Mary and Maureen; brothers Michael, Ray, Steven and Graham; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Pauline had been a volunteer with the Salvation Army.

Bessie Roxana Rudyk born September 25, 1901, passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on December 10, 2003 at age 102. She is survived by husband Bill Rudyk; sons David (Joan), Gerry (Wendy); daughter Shirley (Ken); eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Bessie will be remembered for her positive outlook, her selfless attitude, her service to others and her faith in the Lord.

ADRIAN, KENNETH - Tuesday, 13 Apr 2004
Kenneth Ormand (Feb. 14, 1934 - April 13, 2004) late of Eagle Mtn. Drive, Abbotsford, passed away at age 70 on April 13, after a brave five month struggle with cancer.
He is survived by his loving wife Marilyn, son Audley (Cathy) of Langley, daughter Leanne (Randall) Schellenberg of Ashcroft and one grandchild Niki Claire. Survived by his siblings, Glen (Eileen) of Abbotsford, Loraine Bagi of Los Angeles, Dennis (Sharon) of Chilliwack, DeBon (Linda) of Bellingham, sister-in-law Rose of Chilliwack, brother-in-law Richard File of Armstrong.
Ken's working years were spent in the retail business, first in grocery and then fifteen years managing stores for London Drugs until his retirement.
He was active for many years with the Abbotsford concert Band and its many community involvements until his hearing loss curtailed a most enjoyable hobby. Ken was also awarded a life membership of Branch 15 Royal Canadian Legion.
A Memorial Service was held at Henderson's Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Road, Abbotsford on Friday, April 16, 2004 at 3:00 p. m.

Mr. Albert Stadeus, late of Abbotsford, B.C. passed away on April 11, 2004 at the age of 75 years at M. S. A. Hospital. He is survived by special friend Val Broome, daughters Linda (Harvey) Fleming, Marie (Blain) Leonard; son Albert Stadeus; grandchildren Julie, Cory, Matthew, Katie, and Nicole; great-grandchildren Jessica, Courtnay, Christopher, and Daryn; sisters Ann Haggstrom, Bertha Flueck. Predeceased by his wife Lily, sister Clara, brother Roger. Albert had worked for Canadian Fishing Company for 48 years and retired as Plant Foreman. He enjoyed hunting.
Celebration of Albert's life will be held on Friday, April 16, 2004 at 1:00 p. m. at The Rancho, 35110 Delair Road, Abbotsford. Cremation at Valley Crematorium. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the M. S. A. Hospital Palliative Care Unit. Albert's family would like to thank the nursing staff on 3 west at M. S. A. He is survived by his wife Naranja Kaur; sons Dara Singh, Mohinder Singh, Mukthiar Singh and Sukhdev Singh; daughters Gurdev Kaur, Jaswinder Kaur and Bualhar Kaur, grandchildren; great-grandchildren and mnay other relatives both in Canada and India.
Mr. Atwal was a retired wrestler.
