Born in Datchet England, Pam came into this world like a bold, bright sunrise (Hello world, are you ready for THIS!) and twinkled out peacefully like a star at dawn in Ladner.
Pam came to Canada in 1924 with her family and grew up in Steveston, she served in the Air Force during the war and worked for many years at Richmond General Hospital in Admitting until her retirement in 1985.
She is loved, and will be greatly missed by her Niece Lynne (Ray) Ramsay, Great Nephew Christopher McLeod, Great Niece Vanessa Ramsay, Nephew James (Maureen) Watts, and Great Nephews Nolan & Kent Watts
There will be a Celebration of Pam’s life at Steveston United Church on Jan 18 at 11AM, Come & join us in Remembrance of a woman who loved life and lived it to the fullest.

Alice Estelle Howard went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ November 27, 2007. She will be greatly missed by her husband of 38 years, Phillip and her two children, Charlene and Darren, and her brother Charles and as well as many other family members and friends. Estelle was born in Portland Oregon, moved with her parents and grew up and went to school in Stave Falls BC. She married Phillip on July 5, 1969 and lived in Vancouver until 1972 and has lived in Richmond since then. We will all miss Estelle's bright and glowing smile, warm and compassionate heart, friendly, caring and helping attitude, and her diligence in everything she did. All are invited to a celebration service to be held at the Richmond Funeral Home at 8420 Cambie Road in Richmond on Friday, December 7, 2007 at 10:30 am.
Reception following at Richmond Funeral Home. Internment to follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens in Surrey. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Estelle's memory to LESEA Global Feed the Hungry (telephone 604-244-7879) would be appreciated.

Born August 12, 1927 in Haney, B.C. passed away peacefully in Ridge Meadows Hospital on December 12, 2007. She was predeceased by her son Paul in October 1991 and her sister Mary Stinson in September 2001. She is survived by her husband Bob, her daughter Patricia, her daughter-in-law Derrien, her grand- children Jenny, Julien, Nicolas and Christopher and her great grand- daughter Isabelle.
She is remembered for her strength and her unwavering commitment to family and friends. She brought out the best in all of us, and her comforting presence can never be replaced.
The family wishes to acknowledge the caring support of the nurses at Ridge Meadows Hospital and the outstanding service of Dr. Auersberg.

LANGLEY, Raymond passed away peacefully on December 08, 2007 in Maple Ridge, B.C. Ray was born in Vancouver on July 13, 1932. He attended school in Vancouver. In 1952 he met Joy and they were married in 1954, moving to Maple Ridge in 1955 where he has lived ever since. Ray is survived by his loving wife Joy, 2 sons; Gary (Tammie), Marty (Sonya) 2 daughters; Linda (Bob), Brenda (Stacey), grandchildren; Lena, Deanna, Candice, Brad, Cyle, Dylan, great grandchildren; Kayden, Kitana, Addison and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by is son Arnie, his daughter Sharon and grandson Billy, 4 brothers and 1 sister. At Raymond's request there will be a private family service. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the McKenney Creek Hospice.

Entered the kingdom of Heaven on December 5, 2007. She was born November 6, 1917 in Rainy River, Ontario, and grew up in Stratton. Gen moved to Thunder Bay where she lovingly raised her two daughters Dianne Yusko (Andy - deceased) and Jeannie Murphy (Michael). Gen and her husband Triggvi (now deceased) followed Dianne out to BC in 1976. Most of her life she owned and operated convenience stores, happily supplying children with treats, including her grandchildren Laurie, Dan, Terri, Darryl, Brandi (Nixon) and Mary, Suzanne and Heather (Murphy). She was also very proud of her ten great grandchildren. The Catholic church was an important part of Gen's life, and she volunteered with the Legion of Mary for many years. A funeral mass will be held Saturday, December 8th, 2007 at St. Patrick's Church at 2 pm. In Lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Residence Council, Bailie House, Box 5000, Maple Ridge, BC.
