Our loving Mum, Nan and sister continued life's journey to join her husband Fred, who predeceased her in 1996. She leaves to mourn her passing and to cherish her memory her daughter Linda (Les) Eori; her son, John; granddaughter, Crystal. She is also survived by her siblings, John (Helen) Hobley, Mary Jurek, William Hobley, Dorothy (Richard) Stienke and June (Jos) Komadowski; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and many dear friends. Connie enjoyed travelling with Fred to various destinations, including Arizona, the Carribean, Florida and England. Her time in England allowed her to meet many relatives who were able to fill in many of the blank spaces in the family tree. She was one of the first travellers to many of the casinos, including Jackpot Junction, Milac, Hinkely, Regina, Warroad and Thief River to name a few. How she loved to hear those coins tinkle. Her one great joy in life was the arrival of her granddaughter Crystal in 1984. She followed, helped and guided each phase of her life. She truly was a great Nan. Connie was a past member of the West Kildonan Horticultural Society, winning many prizes. Her love of flowers could be seen at her home on Belmont Ave. and her summer home at Gull Lake.
