Ronald Bourque
1933-2008
Ronald "Ron" Bourque, residing in Moncton, passed away at the Moncton Hospital on Thursday September 18, 2008 at the age of 75.
Born February 13, 1933 in Moncton, he was the son of the late Edouard and Délia (Drisdelle) Bourque.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Pierrette (Melanson), one daughter, Janice (Conrad Leger); two grandchildren: Jacques (Sabrina) and Julie (Samuel); as well as two sisters-in-law: Jeanne Williamson (late Buster) and Doris Cunningham (George).
He is predeceased by two brothers: Aldérice and Rodolphe, one sister, Thérèse, his stepmother, Claudia (LeBlanc); as well as a half-brother, Louis Bourque (Paulette).
Ron was educated at St. Joseph's College in Memramcook, retired from CN and worked at Colpitts Men's Wear for 53 years before becoming ill.
The remains are on display at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street in Moncton. Funeral mass will be held at the N.-D-de-Grâce RC Church on Saturday September 20 at 10:30 am. Interment will be in the Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire cemetery in Dieppe.
Visiting hours Friday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until departure time (10:15 a.m.).
At the request of the family, a donation to the Moncton Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
Doris Robichaud
1918-2008
At the Villa du Repos, Thursday, September 25, 2008, at the age of 90, passed away Doris Robichaud, domiciled at the Villa but formerly of Moncton, rue Noël.
Born in Lakeburn on February 20, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Maxime and Sarah (Gallant) Landry, wife of the late Angus Robichaud; mother of Bernice Lefèbvre (Germain), Géraldine LeBlanc (Maurice), Robert (Hélène), Térence (Jeannie), Bernard (Doreen), Jean-Guy (Debbie), Michel (Ann) and Gérard (Lauraine); grandmother to fourteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
The last survivor of her immediate family, four brothers and six sisters predeceased her.
The remains are on display at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street in Moncton. Funeral mass will be held at the N.-D.-de-Grâce RC Church on Saturday September 27 at 10 a.m. Interment will be in the Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire cemetery in Dieppe.
Visiting hours Friday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. until departure time (9.45 a.m.).

Florine Cormier
1931-2008
The death of Florine Cormier, 77, of Foyer St-Thomas, Memramcook, formerly of Cap-Pelé, occurred Sunday, September 28, 2008 at the residence following a lengthy illness.
Born May 12, 1931 in Bouctouche, she was the daughter of the late Thaddée and Amanda (Pellerin) Bourque; beloved wife of the late Bertin Cormier (2000); loving mother of Annette, Charles (Tatiana) and the late Donald (Maria) Cormier; mémère of Joël and Marcia; dear sister of Edgar (Juliette) Bourque, Léona Allain, Sr. Nélida Bourque, n.d.s.c., Majella Doiron (Omer), late Edmée McPhail, late Gérard, and the late Aldéric.
Resting Tuesday, September 30 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Funérarium Frenette, 2642 Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé (577-3297). The funeral mass will be held at Ste-Thérèse d'Avila R.C. Church, Cap-Pelé, Wednesday, October 1 at 11:15 a.m. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
A donation to the NB Heart & Stroke Foundation in her memory would be appreciated by the family.
Laura Cormier
1928-2008
Laura Cormier, 80, of passed away Thursday, October 2, 2008 following a lengthy illness.
She was the daughter of the late Augustin and Hélène (Hébert) Caissie.
She is survived by seven children: Alfreda Williams (John), Rita Gallant (Antoine), Bernadette Hickey (Hector), Hélène Cormier, Laurie (Annette), Donald (Lucie) and Danny Cormier; two sisters: Régina Cormier and Bertha Després (Ronald); three brothers: Robert (Hélène), Albénie, and Louis Caissie; 23 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and a great-great grandchild.
She is predeceased by her husband, Albénie Cormier; five children: Gloria, Alfred, Maria, Robert, Diana, and a brother, Johnny.
Resting at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Lawrence O'Toole R.C. Church, Irishtown, Saturday, October 4, at 10 a.m. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
Henri Leger
1949-2008
The passing of Henri Leger, 59, of Riverview, occurred at the Moncton City Hospital on Thursday, October 2, 2008 following a courageous battle with cancer.
Born September 21, 1949 in Shediac, he was the son of Stella (LeBlanc) and the late Léandre Leger (1993).
Henri was employed at Co-op Atlantic for 25 years and later as the Manager at J.E. Hastings Ltd. until his failing health. He will be remembered as an avid hunter, fisherman, and enjoyed many week-ends at his camp & camper. He also enjoyed playing cards, joking around and laughing with his friends and family.
Besides his mother, he will be sadly missed by his beloved wife of 23 years, Linda (née LeBlanc), a daughter, Denise (Troy Gallant), a step-daughter, Krissey LeBlanc( Ryan MacLeod) ; two grandchildren: Gabrielle and Abigail; his brothers and sisters: Jeannine (Paul LeBlanc), Murielle (Dave Arsenault), Cécile (Reg Leger), Claudette (Keith Williams), Roland (Stella), Roger, Maurice (Nancy) all of Moncton, Normand of Grande Cashe, Alberta, many nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, and his brothers and sisters-in-law.
A sister, Bernice (Charles Cormier) predeceased him in 1996.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton Sunday, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at N-D-de-Grâce R.C. Church (Parkton) Monday, October 6 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.

Eva Bourque
1910-2008
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Eva Bourque, 98, wife of the late Lionel Bourque formerly of Scoudouc, on Thursday, October 2, 2008 at the Dr. Georges-L-Dumont Hospital, Moncton.
Born June 26, 1910 in Sackville, N.B. she was the daughter of the late Thaddée and Élizabeth (Léger) Richard. Prior to her retirement, she worked at Creaghan's and Paturel's and was a member of Les Dames de Ste-Anne, and the Club d'âge d'or in Scoudouc.
Eva has deeply touched the lives of many, with her gift of insight leaving this world a better place. An extraordinary woman who will be missed by all who loved her. She took great pleasure in sewing, knitting and especially cooking.
She is survived by her two children: Léonard (Alma) of Scoudouc, Murielle Bourque (Normand Dionne) of Moncton; two sisters: Évangeline Ison (late Ernie) of Belleville, ON, and Éliza LeBlanc (Edmond) of Sackville, N.B; six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and by many nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband Lionel (1977), she is also predeceased by an infant daughter Doris (1930), two sisters: Laura Napper, Anna Burke, two brothers: André and Robert, and by a great granddaughter Suzanne (1991).
Visitation at La Maison funéraire Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) on Sunday, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, from 10 a.m. until time of departure at 10:50 a.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Monday, October 6, 2008 at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Shediac. Interment will be in St-Jacques-le-Majeur R.C. Cemetery, Scoudouc.
