Fred A. Carten
Fred A. Carten, of Union Cross Road, Young's Cove, New Brunswick, passed away at Sussex Health Centre on December 10, 2003 at the age of 80. Born in Union Settlement, New Brunswick on December 31, 1922, he was the son of the late Fred and Mary Elizabeth (Myles) Carten.
Fred is survived by his beloved wife Frieda (Sheehan) Carten, 2 daughters, Nancy Reardon of Riverview, Rose Jenkins and her husband Charles of Young's Cove, 5 grandchildren: Sherri, Jeff (Andrea), Michael (Sandra), Donnie, Scott, 4 great grandchildren: Angela, Heather, Johnny and Andrew, several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), with visitation on Thursday 2-4, 7-9. The Funeral Service is from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Friday, December 12, 2003 at 11:00 am with Rev. Philip Dallimore officiating. Interment at St. Lukes Cemetery, Young's Cove.

Frances Theresa Rossiter
April 26, 1928 - December 15, 2001
Mrs. Frances Theresa Rossiter of Plumweseep, passed away at Sussex Health Centre on December 15, 2001, born in Saint John, on April 26, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Bertha (Kennedy) McCarthy.
She will be greatly missed by Ken, her husband of 50 years, 3 daughters Joanne Gregg of Cedar Camp, Cindy Gregg and her husband Sterling of Plumweseep, Karen Stanwix and her husband Vernon of Marshall Hill, 8 Sisters Margaret Martin, Helen McDonald, Rita Short, Catherine Cole, Joan Anderson and her husband Clarence and Christine Lavallee all of Saint John, Muriel Grasdal and her husband Conard of Saskatchewan, Connie Grasdal and her husband Ray of BC, 1 brother Ron McCarthy of Willow Grove. 4 grandchildren David, Melanie, Patrick, Jonathan, 4 great grandchildren Angelique, Brianna, Shawn, Ethan, several nieces and nephews. A brother John predeceased Frances.
She enjoyed music especially Blue Grass and Country, she was a former Clogger, a former member of the Seven "Cs" Trailer Club, NB Antique Auto Club, Valley Cruisers Car Club, and Princes Louise’s 8th Hussars C.W.A.C Reserves,
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where the family will be receiving relatives and friends on Monday 2-4, 7-9.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated from St. Frances Xavier Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, December 18, 2001 at 11:00 am, with Father Peter Bagley officiating. Interment will be in Plumweseep Cemetery

Clifford Charles Perry
Mr. Clifford Charles Perry, of Perry Settlement, passed away at his residence on May 31, 2003 at the age of 82 years. He was born in Perry Settlement, NB on December 15, 1920, the son of the late Renwick J. and Carrie R. (Keith) Perry.
Clifford is survived by his beloved wife Margaret Aird (Fair), his daughter, Marlene Brown and her husband Gordon of Sussex, three sons Eugene and his wife Gladys of Perry Settlement, Arnold and his wife Phyllis of Moncton, Reg and his wife Dawn of Perry Settlement, eight grandchildren; David and his wife Teresa, Gail Moore and her husband Kelly, Charlene Boyd and her husband Tony, Bruce, Neil, Dwayne, Nicole and Michele, five great granddaughters; Samantha, Becky, Natalie Jennifer, and Shayna, two brothers Foster and his wife Margaret of Sussex, Garfield and his wife Shirley of Sussex, three sisters Greta Bennett of Peterborough, Ont., Alice Price of Rothesay, NB and Marjorie Dickie and her husband Joe of Cornhill, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Clifford was a member of the Carsonville Head of Millstream United Church. He was a dedicated Farmer and Woodsman.

Robert Killam
1951-2016
Robert Clifford Killam, 65, of Havelock passed away Friday, December 9, 2016 at the Moncton Hospital.
Born in Killams Mills, he was the son of Manford and Stella (Demont) Killam. For most of his life he was a self-employed woodsman and then a part of the maintenance team at Graymont. Robert was a member of the Havelock Royal Canadian Legion.
He is survived and sadly missed by his children Maxine Rice, Petitcodiac, Jackie Kelly (Stephen), Moncton and Ben (Karolyn), Halifax; grandchildren Courtney and Katie Rice; brothers George (Sandra), Daniel (Debbie) and Tim (Connie); sisters Judy Keith (Royden), Jeanette Price (Stan), Lorraine Steeves (Ron), Ruby Geldart (Robin), Bonnie Carr (Merv), Debbie Graves (Bill), Nancy Sprague (Dale) and Susan Martin (Jeff); the mother of his children, Carol Killam and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his common-law wife Irene Garnett and sister Lois Whitney.
Resting at Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) visiting is Monday, December 12 from 6 to 9 pm and from where the funeral will be held Tuesday, December 13 at 11 am.

William Henry
1932-2017
On January 26, 2017 William Kenneth Henry, 84, passed away surrounded by his family at the Moncton hospital.
He is survived by his wife Julia; two brothers Allison (Kathryn) and Mark (Beverly); son Michael (Marilyn); five daughters Karen MacLeod (Doug), Kimberly Crandall (Daniel), Kathryn Mrazek (Ernie), Brenda Sewell (Stephen) and Heather Stanley (Jason); several grandchildren, extended family and Julia’s family. He was predeceased by his first wife Elizabeth.
Resting at Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) visiting will be Sunday, January 29 from 2 to 4 pm and from where the funeral will be held in the chapel Monday, January 30 at 11 am with Pastor Robb Hunt officiating. Interment at Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.

Conrad Bleakney
1917-2011
Conrad Alexander Bleakney, 94, of Salisbury passed away December 10, 2011 at the Veteran's Health Care Center with his family at his side.
Born in Salisbury he was a son of the late Alexander and Glennie (Alward) Bleakney. A Veteran of World War II, he served throughout continental Europe with the Canadian Infantry Training Corps. Connie retired as a Protective Officer with the Department of Fisheries and was a true outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and snowmobiling. He served terms on Salisbury Village Council, Greater Moncton Town Planning and the local School Board and was a former member of Branch 31, Royal Canadian Legion and the Salisbury Lions Club. A long time member of Salisbury Baptist Church, he served on many Boards and offices throughout the years.
Survived and sadly missed by his daughter Shirley Colpitts (late Ronald); his grandsons Wayne (Heather) of Riverview, Brent (Kathy) and Keith of Salisbury, Bradley of Upper Coverdale; great grandchildren Laura, Evan, Amy, Alex and Tyler and great great granddaughter Kattie. Survived also by a sister Hattie Alward (late Dana), brother Stewart (late Margaret) and sister in law Laurana Bleakney all of Salisbury and by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his beloved wife Elsie (2007); sister Irene Lounsbury and brothers Arnold and Lewis.
Resting at the Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) with a tribute to a Veteran service Monday at 6:30 p.m. followed by visitation 7-9 p.m. The Funeral will be held from the Salisbury Baptist Church on Tuesday December 13 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Rob Nickerson and Rev. Mark Smith officiating. Interment at Pine Hill Cemetery, Salisbury.

Loyal Wilson
1932-2012
Loyal James Wilson, after 80 years of living life, passed away at his cherished home in Salisbury on December 26, 2012.
Loyal was a son of the late Stanley and Greta Mae (Leaman) Wilson. He worked for forty years from 1951 - 1991for the Canadian National Railway and then spent nineteen winters in Florida. Loyal enjoyed golfing, gardening, old cars, hunting, fishing and cutting his wood for the winter. He loved family get-togethers and teasing his grandchildren and great grandchildren whom he adored.
Loyal is survived and will always remembered by his loving wife of sixty years Muriel Earlene (Silliker); children Barbara Chappell (Stephen) of Moncton, Randy (Jackie) of Carstairs, AL, Ricky (Darlene) of Riverview, Bruce (Clara) of Riverview and Beverly McKenna of Moncton; grandchildren Chad Forbes, Dawne Tkachukk (Kenny), Crystal Beley (Keith), Ricky Wilson, Shane Wilson, Christopher McKenna, Jamie McKenna, Sarah Wilson; sisters Helen Bulmer of BC, Peg McConnell of AL and Myrna Dinney of ON. Loyal also leaves behind seven great grandchildren and several relatives including in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, many friends and long-time childhood friend, Bob Northrup. Besides his parents, he is predeceased by brothers Ivan and Arnold and first born infant child Greta Mae.
