DANCEY, Annie May - passed away at the Agnes Pratt Nursing Home on Tuesday, July 31, 2001, Annie May Dancey. Predeceased by her husband William, son Carlson, granddaughter Libby, son-in-law Derek. Leaving to mourn two daughters: Cynthia Baker and Jennifer Burggraaf; son-in-law Nick Burggraaf; daughter-in-law Audrey; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; devoted friend Lois Downtown; as well as other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett`s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday. Funeral Service 2 p.m. on Friday, August 3, 2001 from Barrett`s Chapel. No flowers by request. Donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to a charity of one`s choice.

HEARN, John P. - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, August 1, 2001, John P. Hearn of Riverhead, Harbour Grace, age 76 years. Predeceased by son William ŒBilly`; parents: Michael and Catherine; brothers: William, Gerald and James; sisters: Theresa and Bride; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Arthur and Elizabeth Hutchings. Leaving to mourn his wife Mary O.; seven sons: Terry (Christine), Wayne (Ann), John (Mary), Tony (Joyce), Wally (Rhonda), Greg and Gerald (Tina); 13 grandchildren: Christopher, Wayne, Angeline, Jennifer, Jonathan, Tony, Billy, Christina, Cory, Mitchell, Joshua, Justin and Chantel; 3 brothers: Michael (Bernice), Vincent (Helen) and Adrian (Mary); 1 sister Doris Serrick; a large number of nephews and nieces as well as a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL`S FUNERAL HOME, HARVEY STREET, HARBOUR GRACE and from where the funeral will take place on Saturday, August 4 at 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass to follow at 11:00 a.m. from St. Joseph`s Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Harbour Grace. Interment in the Roman Catholic cemetery , Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Restoration Fund. KELLIGREW, Golden 'Kay' - Passed peacefully away at the Riverdale Hospital, Toronto, on Wednesday, August 1, 2001 in her 90th year, Golden Kelligrew, formerly of Flat Island, Bonavista Bay, Newfoundland. Left to cherish her loving memory and thankful for her wonderful life are her brother Wallace (Brian) with whom she resided; two sisters: Nerissa Olford and Grace Ralph of St. John`s, Newfoundland; niece Joanne Stentaford, husband Rick, precious great niece and nephew Allison and Jeffrey Stentaford of Manuels, Newfoundland; and other relatives, godchildren and friends. Friends will be received at the Ogden Funeral Home (646 St. Clair Ave. West) on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A service to celebrate Kay`s life will be held at St. Michael and All Angels Church on Friday, August 3, 2001 at 11 a.m. Interment Prospect cemetery .

Leaving to mourn her six sons: Joe, Frank (Rose), Raymond (Muriel), Paul (Helen), Ken, Gary (Paulette); daughter Margaret; one sister Mary Lambe; one brother Francis Kerrivan; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Remains resting at Fahey`s Funeral Home, Trepassey. Funeral on Friday, August 3rd at 2 p.m. from Holy Redeemer Church, Trepassey. Interment to follow at Holy Redeemer cemetery , Trepassey.

CULLIHALL, John Woodrow - Rocky Harbour, Sept. 21st, 1918 - Sept. 7th, 1999. It is with great sadness that the family of the late John Woodrow Cullihall announce his passing on Tuesday, September 7th, 1999 at Bonne Bay Health Centre, in his 80th year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife of 57 years, Eliza (nee Watts); four daughters and five sons: May (Bob) Roberts, Rocky Harbour, Carl (Cora), Lower Cove, Aubrey (Christine), Sudbury, Ontario, Mona (Clarence) Decker, Pasadena, Dar (Neta), Rocky Harbour, Lillian (Wayne) Pittman, Gander, Henry (Kathy), Winnipeg, Manitoba, Karen (Wade) Harding, Bedford, Nova Scotia and Gregory (Yvonne), St. John`s; 19 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; three sisters: May Caines, Norris Point, Violet Shears, Rocky Harbour and Ethel Isinger, Boston, Massachusetts; his sister-in-law Sylvia Cullihall, Rocky Harbour; and his special nephew Gordon (Myra) Cullihall, Cormack; also a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents John and Rachel (nee Payne) Cullihall; brothers: Samuel, George, Fred; and sister Lillian. Visitation will take place from St. Matthews Anglican Church in Rocky Harbour today, Wednesday, where also Funeral Services will take place on Thursday at 4:00 p.m. with Rev. Newhook officiating. Interment to follow at the family plot. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Parsons Funeral Home, 63 Northmain Street, Deer Lake. ÒForever In Our Hearts.Ó

Left with cherished memories are his loving wife and best friend of 45 years, Annie Babb (nee Snow); his sisters: Sadie Sheppard, Hilda Babb and Mildred Gosse. Also leaving to mourn many loving nieces and nephews, especially: Kerry Lynn Gosse Peyton and Andrew Blackmore and their families. Resting at Carnell`s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Wednesday, August 01 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday, August 02 from 10 a.m. - 12 noon. Funeral Services will be held at St. John the Evangelist Church, Topsail at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 02, 2001 with interment to follow at the Anglican cemetery in Topsail. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Topsail Anglican cemetery Fund or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Leaving to mourn daughters: Margaret (Jim) Antle, Esther (Cyril) Martin, Linda (Norm) Hiscock, Christina (Gerard) Brake; sons: Cyril Jr. (Bud) (Virginia), Hugh (Rhonda), Jim (Kay), Tom (Cheryl), Shawn (Patti), Darron, Bernard (Anne Marie); 31 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren; her sisters: Emily Gosse and Marie Morgan; her brothers: Tom (Helen), Kevin (Catherine), Bill (Sharon); and also a large circle of relatives and friends, especially Alice Druken. Resting at Caul`s Funeral Home. Visitation Tuesday 7-10 pm.; Wednesday 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. Funeral Mass on Thursday, August 2nd, 2001 at 9:30 a.m. from Mary Queen of Peace Church. Leaving to mourn with loving memories, three daughters: Betty English, Calgary, Shirley McGrath, Chamberlains, Peggy Butters and son-in-law John, Foxtrap; two sons: John Broderick, Toronto, Eddie Broderick, St. John`s; 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; special long-time friend Shirley Ricketts; as well as a large number of friends at Rickett`s Manor. Resting at Caul`s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. MOORE, Mary Ann (Min) - passed away peacefully at the Rockyview Hospital in Calgary, Alberta, surrounded by family, on Saturday, July 28, 2001 at the age of 95 years. Min was born November 13th, 1905 in St. John`s, Nfld., the daughter of Edward and Mary (Clouston) Power. She was the last surviving member of a family of two brothers and four sisters. Min spent the last thirty-three years living with family members in many parts of Canada. She touched the lives of many people. Friends and family will remember her for her zest for life. She was a very caring and compassionate person who will be sadly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her children: Edward (Carol) Moore, Mary (Edward) Kuntz, Philip (Sylvia) Moore; granddaughters: Tracy (Graham) Wareham, Jennifer Kuntz, Allison and Susan Moore; grandsons: Jeffery (Kelly) and Gregory Kuntz; great-granddaughters: Cassandra and Jennifer Wareham; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Philip Moore in 1968. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers at Holy Spirit Catholic Church (10827 - 24th Street S.W., Calgary, Alberta) on Tuesday, July 31, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Spirit Catholic Church (10827 - 24th Street S.W., Calgary, Alberta) on Wednesday, August 1, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. with the Rev.
