Died suddenly as a result of a tragic vehicular accident on Wednesday, September 29, 2004, William Bunclark Titford, age 71 years. Predeceased by daughter Jane and son John. Leaving to mourn loving wife June (Downton); son Bill ( Jean); daughters: Ann, B.C. and Jennifer; son-in-law Mike Reader; grandchildren: Erica and Kristyn Titford, Michael Reader; sister, Maxine Vivian (Cec); aunts: Clare Miller, Toronto, Olive Bishop and Armorel Miller; special friends Peter and Bonnie Clark; also a large circle of other friends. The family will receive visitors at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Friday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, October 02, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Augustine’s Anglican Church with interment to follow at the Anglican cemetery, Kenmount Road. In lieu of flowers, donations in William’s memory may be made to the Newfoundland Cancer Treatment and Research Foundation or a charity of one’s choice.

Andrews, Neta - Passed peacefully away at the Pentecostal Nursing Home in Clarke's Beach on Sunday, Sept. 19, 2004, Neta Andrews aged 88 years. Was predeceased by her husband Reginald, sister Verna Newhook, brothers Ron and Bert Knight. Left with fond and loving memories sons Gerald (Rhoda) of Corner Brook, Reg (Brenda) of Brampton, Ont., Harold (Sybil) of St. John's and Max of Rocky Mountain House, AB.; daughters Betty Hoyles of Aurora, Ont., Flora Arthur (Dwight) of Red Deer, AB, also 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; brothers Gus Knight (Ina) of Hamilton, Ont., Ken Knight (Jessie) of Corner Brook; sisters Joyce Hunter (Cyril), Grand Falls-Windsor and Ruth Warr (Liverick) of Grand Falls-Windsor; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. ROBERTS, Maud Beatrice, aged 89 years and 11 months October 9, 1914-September 19, 2004- Passed peacefully away at her home, surrounded by her loving family and friends on Sunday, September 19, 2004. Predeceased by her husband Maxwell in 1977, brothers Ronald, Chesley, Cecil and son-in-law Eric Rowe (1999). Leaving to mourn daughter Sylvia, special lifelong friend Francie Winsor and a large circle of relatives and friends. She will also be missed by her cherished pet Candy. Marsh, Winnifred (nee Green)- of St. John's, December 28, 1923 - October 2, 2004 passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by her son Donald of Ontario, sister Jessie Osmond, parents Alice and James Green and Uncle Nathan Parsons (Aunt Mary), all of Dover. Leaving to mourn her beloved husband Eliol; Daughters, Brenda Billard (Gregory), Pearl Snelgrove (Clayton), Neta Anthony (David), and Heather (Robert Slade); Sons, Melvin (Beatrice), Clayton (Brenda), Wayne (Elsie), Ross and Bruce (Dawn); Brothers, Howard and George (Minnie). She will be sadly missed by her many grandchildren and their families, as well as, daughters-in-law Jennifer and Elizabeth, along with a large number of family and friends. Many thanks to Palliative Care, Miller Center for making her last days so peaceful and those who showed her compassion and care during her illness. Viewing will take place at Carnell's Funeral Home on Monday, October 4th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Chapel Service to take place at Carnell's on Tuesday, October 5th at 2 p.m. with interment following at Mt.
