MURLEY, Mildred
CORNER BROOK, NF - It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mildred Murley announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Saturday, July 27, 2002 at the age of 84.
She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband of 61 years Thomas, children: George (Jean), Comox, BC, Frederica (Eric) Collins, Kippens and Frank (Elizabeth), Corner Brook; nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; brother Stanley (Rita) Thoms, Carbonear as well as large circle of nieces, nephews relatives and friends. She was predeceased by sisters: Hilda and Dorothy, brothers George and Frank.
Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street, Sunday from 7-9 p.m., Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, July 30th at 2:00 p.m. from the Cathedral of St. John The Evangelist, Main Street, The Very Reverend Lorne Gosse officiating. The interment will follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made the St. John the Evangelist A.C.W.
Clara Webb
Corner Brook, NF - It is with great sadness that the family of the late Clara Webb announce her passing at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Saturday, July 6th, 2002 at the age of 90 years.
Leaving to mourn are the family of the late Andrew Webb, Corner Brook, Crompton Family of Corner Brook, Dobbin Family of Stephenville, Dowler Family of Cartyville, Joseph Webb and family, Robert Webb and family, both of Corner Brook, and the Shirley family of Texas; 19 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband Ronald and son Andrew.
Visitation will take place from Fillatre's Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street on Sunday evening and on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 9th, at 2:00 pm from The Most Holy Redeemer Cathedral, Mt. Bernard Avenue, Fr. Maurice O'Quinn officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery.

November 24, 1968 - October 31, 2002
Tragically in Ottawa on Thursday, October 31, 2002.
Beloved husband and best friend of Christine Vaillancourt. Precious son of Andrew and Myra Green. Cherished brother of Glen (Andrea). Loving grandson of Cecelia Peters (Max Rose) and the late Patrick Peters and the late Sidney and Lillian Green. Dear son-in-law of Robert and Eileen Vaillancourt. Special uncle of Amiee and Alexander Green, Mikaela and Olivia Groulx, Emille, Nicholas, Joel, Tianna and Caitlin Vaillancourt. Wonderful brother-in-law of Darrell and Suzanne Vaillancourt, Lyne Vaillancourt (the late Gary), Bernie and Susan Groulx. He will be greatly missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Sean was an enthusiast of sports and laughter. He loved the great outdoors - from playing ultimate to swimming oceans to hiking mountains.

Passed away peacefully at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville. Tuesday October 29, 2002, Michael Jesso in his 100th year. Leaving to mourn are his brothers: Arthur, Bay St. George Long Term Care Center, Stephenville Crossing and Andrew, Vermont, USA; sons: Gerard (Moria), Ontario, Lambert (Alma), Con (Viola) both of Port Au Port and Eddie (Beulah), Kippens; daughters: Moisie, Port Au Port, Maureen, Stephenville, Rona (Raymond), Sheaves Cove, and Riza (Jim), Florida, USA, his care giver and daughter-in-law, Geraldine, Degrau. He will be sadly missed by his numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren along with a large circle of relatives and friends. He is predeceased by his wife, Mary (Armany); sons: Bernard, Elias and Clayton.
Visitation will begin on Thursday at Our Lady of the Cape Roman Catholic Church, Degrau from where the funeral mass will take place on Firday, November 1st at 2:00 p.m. with Father Jon Gal officiating. Clyde Baker
Passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2002 at his family residence, Clyde Baker at the age of 64 years. He leaves to mourn, sisters: June (Fred) Hynes, Stephenville; Christine (Joseph) Basha, Pasadena; Violet (Arthur) Vincent, Corner Brook; brother-in-law Alphonsus Green, Stephenville, and a number of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Eli and Harriet Baker, brother James and sister Marie Wilkins.
In keeping with Clyde's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Cathedral, Main Street, on Thursday, November 7th at 2:00 p.m., the Very Reverend Lorne Gosse officiating. It is with Great Sadness that the family of the late Arthur E. Blanchard announce his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Thursday, November 7th, 2002 at the age of 87.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 66 years, Ethel Mae Blanchard; 6 sons: Ernest (Claudine), Clayton, Roland (Gloria), Meadows, Jordy (Maureen), Norris Point, Brian (Marie), Mulvers, Lawrence (Peggy), Meadows; 5 daughters: Una Lovell (Nelson), Melvers, Isabel Hunt (David), Meadows, Jean Combdon (Garry), Jackson's Arm, Avril Blanchard, Anita Blanchard, Meadows; sister Edith Blanchard; brother-in-law Chesley Brake (Sylvia), sisters-in-law: Lena (Freeman) Bolt, Inez Brake, Meadows; 24 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and numerous other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his brother John Blanchard and parents Norman and Beatrice Blanchard.
The family will be receiving friends from the Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Meadows beginning Friday at 1 pm and on Saturday; followed by the funeral service Sunday, November 10th at 1 pm. The interment will be held at the Church Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society. Mildred Eunice Felix
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mildred Felix announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook on Sunday, November 10, 2002 in her 77th year.
She leaves to mourn her brothers-in-law Charles, Robert, and John, sisters-in-law Mary, Augustine, Cecilla, Barbie Florence, Marion, Jessie, Patricia, and Thelma and a large circle of relatives and friends. She is predeceased by her husband Patrick.
Visitation will be held at Our Lady of Mercy Roman Catholic Church, Port au Port West on Tuesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 0 pm from where the Funeral mass will take place on Wednesday, November 13th at 10 am, Father Gerard Patry officiating.
Interment to follow at the church cemetery, Port au Port East.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
