MACLEAN, Allan - Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Monday, June 3, 2002, of Cape Broyle, in his 69th year. Predeceased by his parents John and Kathleen MacLean. Leaving to mourn his wife Bride of Cape Broyle; son Joseph (Eileen), NS; step-mother Eleanor; two brothers: Barry (Annette), Australia, Gerald and Bernadette, ON; two grandchildren: Carolyn, Jennifer (Jason Rushton), NS; several nieces and nephews and a circle of other relatives and friends. Remains resting at Fahey`s Funeral Home, Fermeuse. Visitation on Tuesday, June 4, 7-10, Wednesday, June 5, 2-10. Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, June 6, 2002, at 11 a.m. from Immaculate Conception Church, Cape Broyle. Interment to follow at Our Lady of the Cape cemetery, Cape Broyle.

GINN, Frederick C. - Corner Brook, NF. It is with great sadness that the family of the late FREDERICK C. GINN announce his passing on Monday, October 2, 2000 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, in his 86th year. He will be sadly missed by his wife Honor; 2 children: Kevin Ginn (Linda), Christine Preston (Doug); daughter-in-law Brenda Ginn; grandchildren: Stephen, Rebecca, Janice, Colin, Laura, Peter; sisters: Flora Keating (Sylvester), Ida Baird (Noble); and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his daughter Amanda; son David; and sisters: Stella and Edna. The Funeral Service will be held Thursday, October 5th at 2:00 p.m. from The Cathedral of St. John The Evangelist, Main St., The Very Reverend Lorne Gosse officiating, followed by the interment at Mt. Patricia cemetery. Friends may visit Fillatre`s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue, Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9. As expressions of sympathy, flowers or donations to a charity of one`s choice will be graciously accepted.

Murphy, Fahey`s Personal Care Home, Fermeuse; loving and devoted wife Sarah (nee Pittman); son Fergus, daughter Cheryl Westcott, son Derek (Judy Ann); grandchildren: Melissa, Todd, Courtney, Mark, Ryan, Neil and Brian and Brad Kelly; brothers and sisters: Marg Barron, PEI, Jim (Mary), Labrador City, Sheila Chidley (Eddie), Renews, Philomena Williams (Max), Goulds, Lorraine Pittman (Alvin), Mount Pearl, Patricia Barnable (Gerald), Placentia, Joan O`Neill, Kippens; father-in-law Alex Pittman; special nephew Scott Murphy and special niece Laurie Pittman, as well as many nieces, nephews and many devoted friends. Leaving to mourn with fond memories are loving parents Agatha and James Trahey of Conception Harbour; and sisters: Margaret (Kevin), Bernice (Hubert), Agnes (Richard), Gloria (David), Sharon (Trevor), Valerie (Ronald), Lisa (Perry); and brothers: James (Phyllis), Harold (Rose), Joseph (Cathey), Damien (Elaine), Jack (Joyce), Rodney (Marie) and families; also father-in-law Bill Mallard and family; aunts Marie and Emily and families; and a large circle of friends. Left with fond and loving memories are her husband Nicholas; children: Mary Balulis, husband Bill, Greer O`Brien, Nick, wife Mabel, Larry, wife Anne, Ann Learning, husband Don; 12 grandchildren: Madonna, Michele, Krista, Johnny, Colleen, Larry, Steven, Bradley, Paul, Nicole, Michael and Andrew; 6 great-grandchildren: Amanda, Matthew, Megan, Nicholas, Gabrielle and Jacob; 2 sisters: Yvette and Rita, Montreal; three sisters-in-law: Augusta, Patricia and Mary Osmond; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul`s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Rd. Visitation Tuesday 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, October 5th, 2000 at 10 a.m. from Mary Queen of the World Church, Topsail Road. Resting at her daughter`s residence at 646 Empire Avenue, St. John`s.
