McLeod, Leonard “Len” – of Sauble Beach, suddenly at Grey Bruce Health Services Wiarton on Wednesday, September 5th, 2007. Leonard Paul McLeod in his 80th year. Loving former husband of Pat McLeod. Cherished father of Mark and his friend Gabrielle Stein, of Barrie; Colleen and her husband Gerald Perkin, of Dorchester; Collin, and Elan, both of London. Proud grandfather of Lindsey Smith (Matthew), Kasey McLeod, Trevor Perkin, Michael Perkin, and Patrick McLeod; and great-grandfather of Jake Smith. Sadly missed by Dan Jeffries, Carol Bannerman, and all his friends at the Sauble River Family Camp. Predeceased by his brother Joe, and sisters Rose and Alice. Len served his country in the Canadian Armed Forces within the Air Force, and was a proud member of Royal Canadian Legion Br. 208, Wiarton. At Len’s request, there will be no visitation or service. Brother-in-law of Art Abbott and his wife Marion, of Exeter. Sadly missed by his many loving nieces, nephews and many close friends and neighbours. Predeceased by his parents Charles and Annie.
