Chisholm Thomas Huston, died, after a short battle with Cancer, at the Grey Bruce Regional Health Centre, Owen Sound, on Tuesday December 23, 2003. Tom Chisholm of Southampton at the age of 37 years. Beloved son of Marjorie Chisholm (nee Huston) of Southampton and the late Bruce Chisholm. Dear brother of Susan and her husband Greg Schultz of Burlington. Proud uncle of Mackenzie and Huston. Tom will be sadly missed by his family and by his many friends of the community. Cremation. No visitation. Private Family Services will be conducted through the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton, (519) 797-2085. Tom’s family wish to extend their extreme gratitude to those who cared for Tom with much love and compassion. Expressions of Remembrance to the Bruce County Museum and Archives, Southampton Ontario.

Beloved husband of Betty Hearn (nee Knechtel) of Southampton. Loving father of Cathy and her husband Derek Baule of Saskatoon, Sask., Corrine Warnez of Balcarres, Sask., Laurie Miller and her partner Ken Rooney of Barrie, Robert Copeland of Port Elgin, Jamie Copeland and his wife Carolyn of Port Perry and Patty and her husband Barry Hodgkins of Walkerton. Proud grandfather of 17 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Also survived by his sisters-in-law, Anne Hearn of Southampton and Lois Knowles of Ajax and by his brother-in-law Art Knechtel and his wife Ruth of Southampton. Sadly missed and fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends of the community. Predeceased by his parents, Archie and Rose Hearn, by his brothers, Edwin, Archie and Kelly and by his sisters, Anne, Rosalie and Rita. Visitation from the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton on Wednesday April 21, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The Funeral Service will be conducted in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Thursday at 2pm. Interment Southampton cemetery. Reverend Gerry Hofstetter will officiate. Expressions of Remembrance to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society. Southampton Legion Branch #155 will hold a Memorial Service at the Funeral Home Wednesday Evening at 7:30pm.

Gallagher, Manus, passed away at Grey Bruce Health Services, Southampton, on Sunday April 18, 2010. Manus Gallagher of Southampton in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Elizabeth (Betty) Gallagher. Manus will be sadly missed by his children Margaret, Bill, Annemarie, their families and his Sisters Rea and Madge. Manus has generously donated his body to Anatomical Science at the University of Toronto. A Celebration of Life Service for Manus Gallagher will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Southampton Br# 155, on Thursday April 22, 2010 at 2p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of remembrances maybe made to Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Dear mother of Jim and his wife Pat of Port Elgin, Marie and her husband Bob Jones, Joyce and her husband Lyle Smith, both of Southampton, Art of Hepworth and Doug and his wife Kathy, also of Southampton. Also survived by her sister Annie Radbourne of Owen Sound and by her sisters-in-law, Millie Playford of Hepworth, Ethel Playford, Carl Playford and Bertha Playford, all of Kitchener. Sadly missed and fondly remembered by 9 grandchildren and by 4 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her son Jackie, by her sisters, Esther, Florence, and Doris and by her brothers, Jack, Bill, Norm, Albert and Harold. No visitation. Private Family Services are being conducted through the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton, (519) 797-2085. Reverend Eleanor Russ will officiate. Interment Boyd cemetery. Dear mother of Eileen Foxall of Waterloo, Jack and his wife Karen of Southampton and Ray and his wife Sally of Bowmanville. Proud grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Sadly missed and fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Malcolm and Christiana Field, by her daughter Sandra, by her son-in laws, Albert Foxall and Mathew Blecha, by her brothers, Barry, Fred, Austin and by her sister Margaret. A Memorial Service to Celebrate the Life of Kay Northey will be held in the Chapel of the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton, on Saturday May 1, 2010, at 1 p.m. Following the Service friends and relatives are invited to a reception at the Walker house. Expressions of Remembrance to St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church Television Ministry, Kitchener.

Dear father of Judy Harrington of Waterloo, Bob Boyd of London, and Michael Boyd and his wife Margaret of London. Robert will be sadly missed and remembered by his grandchildren, Lesley Bradford and her husband Tolly, Jeff Harrington and his wife Christan, Alisha Boyd, and Jesse Boyd. Survived by his sisters Audrey Carter, Doris Bailey, Joan Keutch, brothers Larry and Alvin, and his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Ed and May Boyd, his brothers Ben, and Jack. Cremation has taken place. A Time of fellowship and sharing to Celebrate the Life of Robert Boyd will be held at the Walker house, on Saturday May 8, 2010 from 2-4p.m.. Expressions of Remembrances may be made to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation.

Kelly. Dear mother of Fergus and his partner Sheila Wesley of Cambridge and to Dennis Kelly and his wife Cathy of Verner and Doris and her husband John MacNabb of Union City, Michigan. Also survived by her sisters, Mary and her husband George Heaney of Jacksonville Florida and Sue and her husband Jim Lane of Seattle Washington. Sadly missed by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews and friends of the community and places of care. Judy for many years served as the Post Mistress of the Allenford, Canada Post Office, N0H 1A0. She was also a devoted member of the secular, Franciscan group of St Joseph’s Parish. Visitation from the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton, on Wednesday May 12, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The Funeral Mass to Celebrate the Life of Judith Kelly will be conducted at St Patrick’s Church, Southampton, on Thursday at 11am. Cremation. Private Interment of Ashes, Evergreen cemetery , Milton, at a later date. Expressions of Remembrance to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Canadian Diabetes Association. Dear father of Patricia of Windsor and John and his wife Joanne of Southampton. Proud grandfather of Joel and Kristin. Survived by his sister-in-law Hope O’Rourke of Southampton and Ruth Bryson of Kitchener. Sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews and his friends and neighbours. Predeceased by his parents James and Marion Clancy, his sister Mary and his brothers Frank and Jack. Jim will be fondly remembered for his many years of serving as the Post Master of the Southampton Post Office and for his dedication to his Church and Community. Jim was a Veteran of WWII. Visitation from the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton, on Monday June 14, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A Funeral Mass to Celebrate the Life of Jim Clancy will be conducted at St Patrick’s Church, Southampton on Tuesday at 11am. Interment St Patrick’s cemetery , Southampton. A Time of Fellowship and sharing will follow at Jubliee Hall, St. Joseph’s Church, Port Elgin. Expressions of Remembrance to the St Joseph’s Parish Poor of the World Fund or to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation. Dear mother of Shirley Amisson of Mississauga, Betty and her husband Ernie Richard of Moncton N.B., Victor and his wife Barb Amisson of Haliburton and Diane and her husband Fabian Libbus of Southampton. Also survived by her brothers. Gerald of Cambridge Mass., Clarence and his wife Jennie of Shediac N.B., Alfred and his wife Linda of Sackville N.B., Raymond of Oshawa and Walter and his wife Margaret of Danvers Mass. Sadly missed and fondly remembered by 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Ferdinand and Emma Melanson and by her brother Jude. Harry was a veteran of WW11 and as a Private Soldier, served in Sicily, Italy, Africa, France, Belgium, Holland and Germany. After 40 years in shoe manufacturing, Harry with his son Ralph, operated a shoe business in Southampton. Beloved husband of Eva Domianczuk (nee Franklin) of Southampton. Dear father of Kathleen Roth of Beaumont Alberta, Cheryl and her husband Don Kingston of Paris and Ralph of Southampton. Dear brother of Frank and his wife Mary of Clifford, Paul and his wife Bev of Cambridge and Marilyn and her husband Emmerson Miller of Lyons. Sadly missed by his 5 grandchildren, Tim and Jason Kingston, Roxane, Vickie and David Roth. Fondly remembered, by his many nieces and nephews and his friends of the community. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Mary Domianczuk, by his infant son, by his brothers, Joe, Stan, George, Pete, John and by his sister Helen.
