Adams Doris Jane, at the Southampton Care Centre, Southampton, on Thursday January 1, 2004. Doris Adams (nee Stevenson) of Southampton in her 84th year. Wife of the late Milton L. Adams. Loving mother of Sharon Shelley of Windsor, Marie and her husband Stan Bromaroff of Collingwood and Dawn and her husband Taun Frosst of Southampton. Sadly missed and fondly remembered by her 11 grandchildren and by her 13 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, Mahlon and Lillie Stevenson, by her daughter Rosalee and by 4 grandchildren. Visitation from the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton, on Saturday January 3, 2004 from 12 –2 pm, thence, the Funeral Service will be conducted in the Chapel of the Funeral Home at 2pm. Cremation. Spring Interment of Ashes, Evergreen Memorial Park, Leamington. Expressions of Remembrance to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Southampton Care Centre, Residents Council.

Wife of the late Thomas Henry Thompson. Dear mother of Tom of Southampton. Also survived by her sister-in-laws, Dorothy Middleton of Freelton, Edith Thorburn of Toronto and Ida Holmes of Wilberforce. Fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Jessie really enjoyed her games of Bridge with her many friends of the community. Predeceased by 2 brothers, Fred and Reg. At Jessie’s request there will be no visitation. A Funeral Service will be conducted in the Chapel of the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton, on Tuesday January 27, 2004 at 2pm. Reverend Margaret Greenhow will officiate. A Time of Fellowship and Sharing, will follow in the Family Centre of the Funeral Home. Spring Interment , Southampton cemetery. Expressions of Remembrance to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation.

Jessie Robinson (nee Johnstone) of Southampton and formerly of Dryden. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Robbie Robinson. Loving mother of Margaret and her husband George Gruetzner of Southampton and Doug and and his wife Lee of Vancouver. Predeceased by her sister Margaret Robertson and her brother David Johnstone. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Dear sister of Alexandra Jablonskyj of Brooklyn, New York and Vera Mencinska of Manhattan, New York. Also survived by her aunt Maria Kubrak and family of Edmonton Alberta. Fondly Remembered by her nephews, Mychailo, Yaroslav, Andrew, Darian by her niece Tamara. Dear friend of David Starrs and family of Southampton. Sadly missed by her friends of the community, both, in Toronto and in Southampton and her friends of the church. Predeceased by her brother Vladimir. Visitation from the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton on Friday, February 20, 2004 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The Funeral Mass will be Celebrated from St Patrick’s Church on Saturday at 11am. Father Mike Francis will officiate. A Time of Fellowship will follow in the Family Centre of the Funeral Home. Spring Interment St Patrick’s cemetery , Southampton. Expressions of Remembrance to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation or to Canadian Food for Children. Parish Prayers will be offered at the Funeral Home on Friday evening at 8:30pm.

Dear stepmother of Rose Anne and her husband Fred Cromwell of Red Bay, Dorothy and her husband John King of Cambridge and Suzane and her husband Keith Hall of Guelph. Special grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Dorothy and her husband Bill Molson of Mount Forest and Birdie and her husband Ray Point of London. Sister-in-law of Dorothy Todd of Ayr. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews and by her friends and comrades of both the Galt and Southampton Legions. Predeceased by her parents Arthur and Clara DeVere. Visitation from the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton, on Sunday May 11, 2003 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The Funeral Service will be conducted in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Monday at 11am. Reverend Margaret Greenhow will officiate. A time of fellowship will follow in the Family Centre of the Funeral Home. A Service of Committal will be held at Mount View cemetery , Cambridge, on Tuesday May 13, 2003 at 11am. Expressions of Remembrance to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Southampton Legion Branch #155, will hold a joint Memorial Service at the Funeral Home, Sunday evening at 7:30pm.

Wife of the late Howard Wipp. Dear mother of George and his wife Ann of Cambridge. Also survived by her brother Peter and his wife Carol of Southampton and by her sister Ruth Miller, also, of Southampton. Sadly missed and fondly remembered by 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Predeceased by her daughter Betty, by 2 brothers, Clark and Jack and by her sister, Alva. At Reeva’s request there will be no visitation. Cremation. A Graveside Memorial Service will be conducted at the Southampton cemetery at a later date. Expressions of Remembrance to the Stirling Heights Long Term Care Centre Fund or to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation. Arrangements entrusted to the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton, (800) 858-9544. The family wish to express their gratitude and thanks to the Staff of Stirling Heights Long Term Care Centre for their loving care and compassion for Mom during her stay.

Beloved husband of Betty Gateman (nee Hastings) of Southampton. Dear father of Betty Jane and her husband Cecil Wright of St. Albert, Alberta, Viola and her husband Ross Scott of Port Elgin, David Nicholson and his wife Ruth of Waterdown, Martin and his wife Ann of Greenville, Rhode Island, Paul Nicholson and his wife Isabel of London and James of Southampton. Fondly remembered by his many relatives and friends of the community. Sadly missed by his grandchildren, Kenneth, Kerri, Gina, Christopher, Nancy, Matthew, Paul, Jonathan, Sarah, Nicole, Kristin and, by his great granddaughter, Lindsay. Predeceased by his parents, Otto and Mary Gateman, by his first wife, Jean Masterson and by his brother Mervin. Proud and devoted grandmother of Patrick Bowers and his wife Christine Blackwell of Singapore, Andrew Bowers of Barrie, Angela Bowers and her husband Adam Hogg of Peterborough and Ryan Bowers of London. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephew. Predeceased by her husband John Patrick Westnutt, by her parents, Aaron and Lucy Knight, by her sister, Ruth and by her brother-in-law, Cyril Vincent. At Frances’s request there will be no visitation. Cremation. Also survived his sister Judy and her husband Art Shore and their family of Hamilton. Proud grandpa of Samuel and William. Bob will be missed by his loyal companions Ayla, Angie and Minnie.
