Dear mother of Helen of Connecticut, Robert (Kay) of Winona and Win (Bev) of Niagara Falls. Also survived by her sister Jeannetta Simpson. Lovingly remembered by her five grandchildren; Karen, Wayne, Cathy, Paul, Monica and great-grandchildren Christina, Melissa, Courtney, Beau, Stephane and Mackenzie. A private family service was held on September 18, 2001 at the DODSWORTH & BROWN Funeral Home (Robinson Chapel). Interment Millgrove cemetery.

After a courageous battle with cancer at St.Peter’s Hospital on Sunday, October 7, 2001, Jean Duckett in her 60th year. Beloved wife of Les Duckett. Dear mother of Tina, Tracey, Linda, and Norman. Will be sadly missed by her 5 grandchildren. Remembered by her 8 sisters and 6 brothers. Also remembered by her nieces, nephews, other family members and her special friends. Jean attended West Highland Baptist Church. Special thanks to the staff of St. Peter's Hospital on 2 West, the nurses and doctors at the Regional Cancer Centre and the V.O.N.
