Died at home in Oxenden, ON of prostate cancer. Practiced Family Medicine and Palliative Care in London, ON for thirty years. An honourable man, dedicated physician, canoeist, outdoor enthusiast, determined violinist, adventurous luthier and crafter of fine furniture. He will be remembered with love and affection by his wife Judith Ann, his children: Katherine, Shelagh, Eric (Lesley), Penny, Anne (Francis Lamberti) and Alfred (Sheila Isaac). Keith was predeceased by his son Peter on Jan 12/04. Keith leaves his brothers, Drs. Brian (Isobel) and John (Barbara) of Ottawa, several nieces and nephews and seven grandchildren. Cremation.
