At his home in Paisley, on Monday, January 28th, 2002, in his 58th year, Peter Fobert of Paisley. Beloved husband of the former Shirley Langford. Dear father of Terry and his friend Patricia of Owen Sound, and Tammy and her husband Michael Lake of Paisley. Loving grandfather of Nicole, Tiffany, Sarah, Brittany, Justin and Allison. Special grandpa of Dominic and Devon. He is also survived by six brothers, two sisters and their families. He is predeceased by his parents, Roy and Jean Fobert and by his brother George.

Planz, John Philipp
John died suddenly in London, on Monday, January 28th, 2002, at the age of 47 years. He was a loving husband and father who will be deeply missed by his wife the former Debbie Butler, his sons, Josh and Phil and his daughter, Kate. John is survived by his mother Dorothy of Kitchener, his sister Linda Rusk and her husband Brian, and their sons Christopher and David, of Waterloo. He is predeceased by his father Philipp Planz.
John received his LLB from the University of Western Ontario in 1980, was called to the Bar in 1982 and practiced law in Port Elgin, Ontario for 20 years. He was happiest with Deb on their sailboat and enjoyed the close relationships he had with his family and friends. John loved life and put his heart into living it. He was an enthusiastic and loyal supporter of his three kids in all their endeavors.
A funeral service will be held in the Port Elgin United Church, 840 Bruce St., Port Elgin, on Friday at 2:00 p.m. Following the funeral service the family will receive friends at the Windspire Inn, 276 Mill Street, Port Elgin.
