Loving mother of Jennifer Rutledge of Welland, Laurie Filson (Kevin) of Port Colborne, Sharon MacArthur (Mo) of Hamilton, Jamie Rutledge (Nicole) of Port Colborne. She quickly became an essential part of the lodge by serving as President of the Resident Council from 1996-present. Donna felt she should pay forward the exceptional, expert care that she was receiving from the dedicated staff at Rapelje so each night she would lovingly set the table in house 500 for her residents ensuring that the unique dining needs of each individual was meant. She also delivered the incoming mail throughout the home and with it would deliver a kind word of encouragement, a smile a hug whichever was needed by the recipient. She was a positive force who was loved by residents and staff alike. She was the proudest when she could represent her fellow residents and say a few words on behalf of the lodge at various community events such as the Personal Support Workers Graduation, Annual Rapelje Picnic, Terry Fox Run and etc. Nana will be sadly missed at her grandson Tim Graham's upcoming wedding to Jessica, but will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Daniel & Joel Graham, Delaney MacArthur, Jacob, Samson & Deanna Rutledge and great-grandchildren Ireland & Reilly.
